Pro-Release Nonstick Bakeware Cookie Sheet, 17 x 1

It is a nice piece of cookware, but as a 71 year old weakling, I find it a little heavy for me.

So so

I bought two of these a year ago and used them twice. Handling just awkward. I ended up going back to my old cookie sheets.. Just sitting in the closet collecting dust.

It really is non stick

Nothing sticks to it, however it stains quickly. I have only used it twice and now it has stains that will not come off. Disappointed.

This wasn’t exactly what I thought I was ordering, but I’m glad I did order it anyway. Took me just a month before I threw out all my other cookie sheets. Now I use this exclusively

Poor Quality

I've had other non stick pans for about 20 years from All-Clad. They have held up wonderful. I'm not happy with this non-stick pan. This is not the All-Clad high quality pan they are known for. This pan is a great size. Easy to use. However, it scratches very easily. I use plastic spatulas and this pan still keeps showing new marks and scratches. I now cover the top of these pans with a towel to avoid any more scratches. I will no longer spend the extra money for All-Clad products if I have to throw it out in a few years!

I ordered these sheets specifically to avoid warping…

I purchased a set of 2 of these cookie sheets because previous sheets I have purchased warp in the oven (like a snap, sending food off the sheet or moving it around). These sheets started warping the same way after a handful of uses. Highest temp used was 400 degrees. I’m disappointed.

Love the size and sturdiness of this pan. I believe it will give me many years of good use.

The all-clad quality was right on target, however, this baking sheet was too large and too heavy for me to handle in and out of the oven. It was quickly returned.

Would highly recommend, great pan and cooks like a charm. From the first use it has been great, easy to clean up and looks great as well

This sheet is solid but I can’t get oil stains out and the underside of the pan is scratched. I’ve only used it a few times. Honestly it’s disappointing considering the price.

Warped After Two Uses

I love baking and was so excited to get what I thought would be a high quality cookie sheet off my wedding registry. It has been used twice. Once to bake cookies for 10 minutes at 350 degrees, and another time to bake chicken at 400 degrees for about 5-10 minutes. When my fiancé pulled out the chicken he realized that in that short period of time the cookie sheet had warped pretty significantly. I'm so disappointed because we love our All-Clad pans, but this is unacceptable. Do not buy this product.

Great quality and bakes amazing!

These are a little on the pricey side but WELL worth the money! We have used several times and the finished product has turned out perfectly. They wash very well and so far have not stained at all.

The AllClad Pro-Release Bakeware Cookie Sheet is substantially well made. It is larger and thicker than all other cookie sheets within my collection. I have prepared baked goods, French Fries and various nuts on the cookie sheet. It cooks and browns evenly and nothing ever sticks. There is an oversized handle on the cookie sheet which makes moving the sheet around easy. This is a heavy duty addition to my kitchen.
