Love these pans. I have bought analog for over 8 years now and love how perfect my cookies bake on them. The non stick works amazing even with some of the jelly filled cookies that with other pans they stick. Very easy to clean

I am able to bake

I am able to bake things directly on the tray and can also use it to bake processed foods. It also cleans easily

I was pleasantly surprised at how well made and heavy duty this sheet pan is as it was so reasonably priced. Non stick is a plus. It is every bit as nice as another sheet pan from All Clad, costing 4 times as much, that I purchased at the same time.

Needed this to round out my collection

This is a larger version of a couple of baking sheets I already have. It works well for sheet pan dinners when you need a bit more space. Not sure if it would work for a large family, but it's great for our family of 3.

Pan is nice BUT

The customer service is awful! This pan although nice the size is wrong. I’m trying to return but they’re charging me to return it and the web says (free returns). I can’t get a hold of anyone, not by phone or email. The phone puts you in a loop with no answer. The email no one responds. First and last time i’ll use this company.

Have used Anolon products for years. This is the first time I have had a cookie sheet warp. I am very disappointed in the performance of this product. I do not recommend

Love, love, my Anolon Advanced cookie sheets. They are amazing, they heat evenly and most importantly, they clean up easily. No need for parchment paper, nothing ever sticks to the pan!

stains

I love the Anolon Advanced Bakeware Baking sheet when it first arrived, but recently I baked a piece of fish and did not use any foil and it stained the baking sheet. I have tried everything to get the stain our to no avail.

Thank you for getting back to me on my damage cookie sheet. I bought my pots and pans at Macy’s and love them. Since then I’ve been ordering online.

They wear & wear.

Have purchased several of these baking sheets over the years and oils r buy anything else. These are non stick, love the rubber handles at each end & they are scratch resistant too. Had to replace one that I’d had for several years & was very happy to find them still available. Good product & on sale at Macy can’t beat the price.

I would not ever buy this item

The pan began to have small flaked spots after the second use. I was so disappointed. It has continued to get worse. it was a Christmas gift and I was told that it was expensive and would not have these problems.

These have been some of the nicest cookie sheets that I have ever had. I use absolutely no grease or no nonstick spray , nothing. everything turns out perfect . I truly recommend them to everybody. I have had no problems with them AND my cooking actually looks pretty when it's done . and not burned and stuck to the pan. I believe the secret truly is no oil or spray Do Not Grease your pans. when they're nonstick that means nonstick. . I'm so happy for this purchase and I highly recommend it.

I made 2 separate orders back to back because we really like these cookie sheets (when they are not warping). 2 of the small sheets and 2 of the large ones. One of the large ones warps really bad in the oven as soon as it heats up (which these pans are NOT supposed to do, the metal is wrapped and rolled all the way around to help prevent this). I tried to return it for a replacement, but the customer is responsible for shipping, which the lowest price i could get (UPS) was $23! That's more than the listed price of the sheet, and I got it on sale for about $15. The only other way forward is to make a warranty claim, which I did, and still have yet to hear back (been about a week)...I guess the take away is that you have to be prepared to get a dud and eat the cost of it...maybe order 2 like me, and hopefully one of them doesn't curl for you. It's worth noting, the first time i ordered this pan (like 7 years ago) there was a defect, but i was able to quickly get it resolved. So it seems there customer service has taken quite a hit.

Best non-stick cookware.

I have purchased several different brands of non-stick trays over the years and this is the best one I've found so far. The only problem is that it is limited to 450 degrees, EXACTLY or less. Unfortunately the warranty doesn't actually give you this warning. It just specifies that the max temperature is 450 degrees. And ovens being what they are, there are ALWAYS spots that are hotter and colder than the "average" temperature that is displayed. So heating the oven to 450 means that you are cooking at an average temperature of 450 that might be up to 475 in spots and as low as 425 in other spots. I've had to buy several replacements while figuring this out. It is safer for the tray to cook at 400 degrees or less so you will not accidentally go over 450.

Great Cookie Sheets

I wanted to invest in good cookie sheets and not have to scrape the cookies off the pan. These are great and the cookies easily come right off. I like the rubber sides but you still need to use a pot holder as they do get hot as well.
