They are what is described. Good baking sheets. The are solid and get the job done.

Sturdy BUT "New" Design

I always buy Farberware pans. They hold up fairly well. The one thing I dislike is the new "drain" around the entire edge of the pan. It would be good for grease collection, but it reduces the flat surface area for baking.

Seem well made

These are nice heavy duty pans and so far things aren't sticking to them. They wash up nicely (by hand). I thought they were a little expensive, but I had Kohl's cash so I got them to replace old ones. I like the 3 different sizes, we tend to use the smaller one the most. I have to remind my husband not to use metal on them so the surface doesn't get scratched. Overall, I like them and think they will last.

Don't Let Farberware Name Fool You.

Cookie sheets are already showing signs of brown staining. Always wash by hand per Farberware. And feel incredibly cheap.

A cookie sheet is a cookie sheet! I got this to cook my morning bacon. I use the oven because I like that the bacon slices are perfectly cooked! I cover the cookie sheet in aluminum foil to make clean up a breeze. I ruined the previous one I had only because it had a color coating and when I cleaned it with the Bartener's Best Friend cleaning product, it took off the coloring in some places. So I thought I would get cookie sheets that are not color coordinated! These fit perfectly and held up well when I cleaned it. I have only had reason to use the smallest one. But I figured, if one works, why shouldn't the rest? Right? The only complaint I have and it's not that big of one, really, but it is not very deep. LoL Cookie sheets are not meant to be! But since I am cooking bacon, I was hoping for some depth. I just lift the aluminum up instead of wrapping it around the bottom to make sure no grease spills. For the price, it far exceeded my expectations. I would definitely buy again!

Not the same quality

I have owned Farberware products for years and decided to replace some of my cookie sheets. I already own an 11x17 cookie sheet. The new one is much lighter, no longer had a smooth beveled edge on the inside and even the logo "Faberware" stamped into the edges is different. I'm a little disappointed at the changes in quality.
