circulon makes quality bake and cookwear. i also have 2 of their frying pans that ave wonderful. these pans hold up well at temp 425 degrees have'nt used them above 425. great purchase

Big improvement

We replaced several older pans with a new non-stick pan and cleanup is just so much easier. Why did we hang onto those old ones so long anyway?

Best ever non-stick cookie sheets!

I now have 7 of these. My grandchildren gather here every year to make Christmas cookies and they each have a pan. Don’t use a metal spatula!

Used at high heat without problems. Non stick wonderful. Cleans up easily. Would buy again and recommend.

Amazing! 5*!

What a unique sheet pan, and the color is so cool! Some people complained about 'warping', but I haven't had this problem. Perhaps they set the oven temp too high? Instructions are specific; 450° is the MAX temp! One thing I have found is that food (especially rolls) seem to cook quicker than my old one, so check your food a few minutes before it's ready.

Excellent nonstick, no warping

This pan is great for roasting and baking vegetables, chicken, etc. without sticking. Pan doesn’t warp at 425 degrees like other nonstick pans do. And no pfas. The only drawback is that it’s slippery on the bottom and slides around on the oven rack. Just be careful.

Recommend

This cookie sheet is very strong and will last a long long time. It’s worth every penny. Walmart sells this cookie sheet a lot less than Sonoma Williams. I would buy this.

Great durable non-stick cookie sheet.

I have yet to use the chocolate colored cookie sheet as I ordered the wrong color by mistake. I do have the gray version which is the best cookie sheet I've ever used. So far the non-stick surface is unscathed but I never use metal on it.

Best Cookie Pan Ever

Super good, this one is the second one I bought. They don’t stick to anything and they size is very good plus they don’t burn the thing underneath like others do. Of course, if you overdo the hit and the cooking time, then of course the bottom of what you are cooking will burn. Please buy it, you won’t regret it.

Best thin baking pan, next to aluminum sheet pans

This is my only lightweight baking pan that doesn't warp in the heat of the oven. That circulon texture of concentric circles really does the heavy lifting. Love this pan, also a cinch to clean!

Good Baking Sheet

This is a nice baking sheet. It is very sturdy, and a useful size. I use it for things like roasting vegetables, and always cover it with parchment paper, so I cannot speak to the non-stick quality. However, given my experience with Circulon products, I am certain it is good in that department.

True nonstick and heavy baking sheet.

This sheet performed wonderfully over all my holiday baking. Items browned evenly and the nonstick was great! Although I used parchment paper on some of my stickier recipes, goo that got on the actual surface came right off with a simple wipe. No warping or discoloration after ten trips in and out of the oven. Overall, a great choice!

My favorite baking pan!

Of all the ones in my kitchen, I reach for this one for everything from making cookies to roasting vegetables! It's big enough to make a meal for two. It's light enough to move around and handle easily even with one hand, yet still feels like it's a good quality product. The nonstick generally works really well and is easy to clean, though I recently had some food burn that has been difficult to get out of the circle grooves, even after soaking. Will have to try some other cleaning methods. Even so, I love this pan and it's still my favorite one!

Could also be used to carry food to the grill

I purchased this pan as a gift for my daughter, and I purchased the same pan in 10 x 15 for myself. The 10 x 15 pan works great. The non-stick feature is wonderful. Clean up is easy. In addition to cooking foods in it in the oven, the sturdy 11 x 17 inch pan is good for carrying meats or vegetables out to the grill. The pan cannot be used on the grill.

Great bakeware pan!

I hesitated for a long time to start buying non-stick brand name bakeware, thinking it cant make that much of a difference from the regular aluminum products one can find for a bit less at the big mart stores. I was wrong and I regret not making the jump sooner. These pans work great, are easy to clean, live up to their non-stick names and are generally a joy to work with. A great Purchase and I'll stick by these from now on!

Size is misleading

This says it is a 15-inch Cookie Pan. We have a small oven and need cookie pan that is 15-inches. Anything bigger doesn't fit. We were happy to see this and ordered 2 of them. Excited when they came. Only to find they don't fit in

Love, Love, Love

LOVE everything about this Circulon Chocolate collection. I have ordered almost every piece and double/triple of some baking pieces. It's my latest obsession! Looks great, performs well, cleans easy, and maintains it's top of the class style throughout. The only downside is..... you might have to spend more time, money or effort to get the rest of your kitchen up to this high end level. I just HAD to repaint the inside of my cabinets and put down new liner to match the high end style of my new pans. Now I open the cabinet with pride! Who knew COOKING stuff could do all that....?? I'm now considering some mirror backing to really show off these pieces. Is that crazy or what...!?! This stuff is that cool.... and I don't even like cooking.
