Nordic Ware is truly the best quality. These baker sheets are a med weight. Not too thin and cheap nor too heavy to move around when filled with food. I also like to use these for servers when I have a large gathering to feed.

Like the size!

I like the size of these baking sheets. I can use a regular-sized piece of aluminum foil to cover it. It's light weight and easy to clean too.

Discoloration

I loved these pans, but once you put it in the dishwasher, they are ruined. They are heavily discolored. I want to continue using it, but it's so discolored, I'm nervous about it.

Solid Pan

originally purchased the grid which goes with this pan. I was mistaken to believe pan was included. I reached out to Customer Care 5/11 & have yet to receive a reply on the misleading pictures for the grid. With that said, both products are excellent, Nordic is a superior product. The pan is solid & doesn't flex, well built. I actually used it the day I purchased it. Nice fit in the oven.

I wanted to love them [Discoloration]

I know Nordic Ware is a great, but these are not it. They are not dishwasher safe, they will and did discolor when I placed them in there. I love sheet pan dinners, but the oil only comes off in the dishwasher. I'll be switching to stainless steel for convenience.

It pays to get quality baking equipment.

I had two of your 1/4 sheets, and love their durability. Had to get a half sheet, since I am baking more, and a half will be perfect for a loaded foccacia!

I was disappointed because it was half the size than what I anticipated. I should had read the dimensions (my fault).

Great sheet pans

This is very well made strong sheet pan, smaller size which is handy and comfortable to handle when hot. Multiple use this sheet pans became my most often used kitchen necessity.

Nice and compact for smaller things we need to do. Distributes even heat and works well. We have larger sizes of Nordic Ware baking sheets and this is all we use now.

Favorite small sheet pan

I have bought several of these small sheet pans because the size is perfect for all my baking needs. They clean up really quickly. Love them!

Will purchase again

Needed for those extra cookies that are overflow on the big sheets and not wanting to put just a few on for another round of baking; also for times when I need to put a tray under a casserole dish in case of overflow spills while cooking. These are great quality, nice solid metal, and not made in China.

The best baking sheet

The Nordic Ware Naturals Baker's Quarter Sheet officially earned the top spot in our kitchen cooking various items. The Nordic Ware pan performed wonderfully with evenly cooked, and perfectly browned food while staying really easy to clean- even after roasting veggies, bacon, brownies, and many other foods. Hand wash only though! Only con was the bottom of the sheets all came scratched up, I don't mind since they were on sale and I had store credit. About Thee pan- the 20-gauge bare aluminum conducts heat efficiently, ....which means food cooks evenly and quickly. I like that the pan warms-up & cools down quicker than any other pan I've owned! The Rolled edges help keep it warp-resistant when exposed to high heats and sudden temperature changes, I have not had any warping as of yet. The light color makes it less likely to produce cookies that are too dark, but it's thick and sturdy enough to not feel cheap in the hands. It's great for baking just about anything! I would recommend you line the baking pan with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat to reduce discoloration over time. I purchased the half sheet and quarter sheet. you can see size comparison. I love the quarter sheets are great for pastry, fudge, and other recipes..
