Excellent customer service
We were sent the wrong item. Although the box said it was a ceiling mount, the arm inside was a walll mount. They responded very quickly to get us the correct part. Even my cranky husband was impressed. Everything I’ve ordered has been very nice quality at good prices.

worked as needed but...
this was a length that was a bit to long so I had it cut and rethreaded, the wall thickness of the material is much thinner than typical plumbing pipe, but most likely same as all other aftermarket piping for decorative use.
