[Rewarded Review] Waste of $500 and 2 disappointed kids

Springs stretched out by a 12 yr old and 2 yr old in one week’s time, zipper will not stay on net, jumping mat isn’t taut as it should be because of stretched springs. Jumpzylla has sent wrong replacement parts to another customer twice, also sent me another customer’s wrong parts which were of no help to me, I’m still waiting on my parts, can’t return bc I trusted the fake reviews on their website and tossed the box right after assembling. This trampoline is trash or I received defective parts or a counterfeit product and informed Jumpzylla of this and requested them send me a replacement trampoline and I would send the defective trampoline back in that box. They have refused several times. I would avoid this company because the springs are of terrible quality and if you need replacement parts GOOD LUCK receiving them.

[Rewarded Review] A sturdy and fun trampoline

My order was delivered when promised. It was pretty easy to put together. It was for my grandkids and guess what?? They absolutely love it. Even the youngest, who is 3 years old can easily climb into the trampoline using the ladder that comes with it. They have only had it over a week, so we will wait and see how well it holds up. But for now, it is absolutely great!!!

Fantastic trampoline

I recently bought a Jumpzylla trampoline and it's been fantastic! The installation was a breeze, and my kids absolutely love it. Their customer care support is top-notch as well; I had a question and they responded to my email almost immediately. Highly recommend

This is actually a nice trampoline. I am not too familiar with prices but it feel this was worth it so far. It definitely is not a one person assembly job. The instructions very very easy to ready, all the parts are labeled correctly and once assembled it is very sturdy. I wish the ladder could be attachedbetter so it’s sturdy but it’s totally still usable. I would definitely recommend. Also, when I opened the box, there was a certificate for a free trampoline sprinkler. I filled out the form online ASAP but it still took about 3 weeks to get it. I’m thankful for the free gift.

This is the fourth trampoline I’ve owned and it’s a really nice one. It was a bit harder to put together but not too bad. As we had it mostly built we found that it was missing parts: a spring and bolts to secure the legs. I emailed the company and was immediately taken care of. They apologized and rushed the missing parts out to me, along with a free trampoline sprinkler. Very impressed with their customer service. Now that it’s built it looks great and my kid has been in it daily. The orange color is a fun option. Highly recommend!
