My 9 year old twins love this trampoline! Gives them more room for gymnastics than a round one. Easy to assemble.

Best purchase we’ve ever made! Ha! This has held up so well to my 4 boys regular usage and even survived a heavy duty hail storm 2 weeks ago. It’s made of solid materials and the assembly instructions were spot on.

Great trampoline but netting was defective. Door opening had so much tension that the zipper wouldn’t close. Not good to prevent children from falling off the trampoline. Wayfair did make it right in the end so no complaints about the customer service.

Kids loved this trampoline, one of the few that could fit our 5 kids. However, the net got damaged in a storm and somehow it is impossible to get a new one. The company could sell you a whole trampoline with a net but apparently isn’t willing to accommodate a customer that needs just a replacement.

Our kids absolutely love this! The company also seems to have wonderful customer service. We are very pleased that we ended up getting this rectangular trampoline. We have had so many people comment that they have loved yes style be different than the basic round trampoline. I feel like the kids have a lot more space!

Heavy but not strong - No Customer Service At All

At first I thought this would be a great trampoline just based on the weight of how heavy it was, but when assembled it was a smaller bounce area than the circle trampolines we've used for years. Eventually a pole was bent and although I've tried multiple times; I have not been able to get any response from Upper Bounce. I was not looking for something for free, just some help!

Very happy with this purchase. We wanted a rectangle trampoline and the fact that this one had a 500 lb weight limit was the deciding factor. Best price through Sam's Club!! Also, very impressed with Upper Bounce directly. Not only did they mail us a pair of trampoline socks, they called me directly to make sure we were happy and to make sure we didn't have any problems setting it up. Left me phone and email contact if we ever have any questions or problems. Would highly recommend.

I spent a few months researching to find the best, affordable trampoline. When I came across this trampoline at sams club it sealed the deal. The weight limit of 500lbs and the rectangle size is accommodating for multiple jumpers with room. Very heavy duty. My kids are 15, 14 and 11.

This trampoline is wonderful. It’s heavy and seems extremely durable. The company is thoughtful and sent us a little gift for our purchase. They have also called to see if we had any questions on install. Very pleased with our purchase!

Great trampoline for the price!!

I did a lot of research before finally selecting the right trampoline and this was a great value for the price! Well built and was fairly easy to put together. Our boys love it!! So glad we got rectangular versus circle.

In my opinion this trampoline is so much better than the round ones. The kids jump on it every day, and it is plenty sturdy for an adult and a teenager to jump together. The best looking trampoline I have ever seen, it fits right in with a classy yard decor. Easy to set up with two people, took us about 4 hours (with a couple of short breaks). Also, with the net tie down installed it doubles as a cattery for our indoor kitty when the kids aren't jumping. Bonus!

Excellent quality. Easy guide to put it together but you need to have a couple of hours for the assembly. Definitely would recommend the square trampoline over the round, sturdy built and the performance went beyond my expectations.

High quality trampoline

Good quality all around. Kids love it and it's plenty of room. I spent days researching and looking at trampolines. Decided on rectangle one because of higher bounce. I wanted one that was durable. The quality of the netting, springs and mat are top notch. Happy with the purchase. Price was very reasonable for the quality. Download the built app to put it together this made things much smoother. In fact my husband got called to work & we only had the bottom half put together. I was able to finish the rest alone.

Ordering was super simple! Arrived sooner than expected! Smooth set up! Note: I think it states you can place entry at any of the four black areas on the spring cover and we had trouble with that. It had to go on the longer side, which is fine just not where we wanted it originally..

Trampoline

The trampoline arrived in 3 boxes. Two of which were extremely heavy. We unpackaged them all and used the easy app for installation. All and all it took us about 2 hours. It was 2 adults and 2 teenagers. It was quite easy to put together. The kids have already had a ton of fun and are happy with the shape versus a round trampoline.

Loved it!

Great trampoline Went together in 3 hours from box to jumping. It is very study and handles the weight of adults. I like the netting as it was purchased for the grandsons birthdays. They jump on it every day. Its great to get out the winter wiggles.

Grandkids live the trampoline. With it being rectangle, they have more room to do flips without worrying if they will hit someone else.

Solid Trampoline with 500lb weight limit and best price I found. reports from kids that it is better bounce than round ones. Took some extra time to make sure pretty level and base/legs are in full solid contact with the ground; used a little packable gravel in low spots and it hasn’t moved with three kids going bonkers.

Trampoline Wins Versus Virtual Learning

We love our new trampoline. It was easy for the 2 of us to assemble. The kids have enjoyed jumping for hours everyday! They are home learning right now and this new outdoor activity has really helped to get playing them outdoors and enjoying themselves.

Assembly was easy using the BILT app. Overall the trampoline is very sturdy and the fact that it can hold that much weight is great. Only issue is the netting. It will probably need to be replaced. While it stops kids from falling off not sure how long it will last since it already seems to be stretching out of shape.
