My new go to pan!
I was needing to replace my other large fry pan. I had been looking and it almost seemed better to get a whole new set. I found this one on sale so I grabbed it. I am so glad I did. It is a little lighter than my other one which is great because I can actually lift it with one hand to drain grease. The handle on the lid gives plenty of room to lift it off without burning your fingers and also enough room to store it on the pan's handle- if you hand your pans. I like the glass lid so I can see the progress of what is cooking. I don't think you could go wrong with this item.
