Exactly what I would expect from Cuisinart
Bought to use on a gas cooktop stove
Needed a heavier sauce for our cabin for use on the gas cook top.

Love, love, love this pan. It’s just the right size for a delicious homemade sauce or soup when you’re not feeding a crowd. The coating is durable which allows easy cleanup. The lid fits well and both pieces store easily.

Lid loose fit
The lid rim is too shallow not tight enough and doesn’t seal
Poor lid design.
The sauce pan was returned before being used b/c of the lid design was wanting. The lid slid off of the top of saucepan in spite of the cookware being held at almost a level. I did not want to chance the possible dropping the lid onto the floor.

The non-stick coating on our old (10yr) Cuisinart 3 qt. pot was starting to wear off, so I searched for a new version and found this! Perfect replacement! Great quality and lasts for years.

great little pan! Love the non-stick and the lid handle did not get too hot, but I didn't boil anything for a long time. Very happy with my purchase. Just hope the non-stick surface last a long time.

*NOT DISHWASHER SAFE* despite what this advert says, this product specifically states in it's manual that it is NOT dishwasher safe!
Product description says it is induction compatible. Got the pot, tried to use it and it is NOT induction compatible. It does not and will not work on my induction stove top.

Originally purchased this for my daughter who headed off to college but this one specifically because I have just about the entire Hard Anodized set at home, which I love. Great thing is I didn't have this specific size which has been a great addition, especially when cooking for a lot of the family. Can't go wrong with Cuisinart!!
