I'm so impressed with the KitchenAid Enameled Cast Iron Induction Dutch Oven. First impression was intimidated because the Dutch oven its heavy. The blue color is beautiful and it goes perfect with my kitchen farmhouse decor. I made a stew and the meat was so moist and tender, it was ready in less than 2 hours. I cooked my meal in medium/low heat. The Dutch oven preserve the heat locked inside while cooking and a little heat goes a long way. My food did not lose any juices and cooked evenly. I love cooking with the dutch oven because its not messy while cooking, you cook your meals in low heat and its so easy to clean just a wipe dry and store. I'm having so much fun cooking different meals like stews, soup and meats. We are a family of 6 and you can feed all of us and have leftover for the next day or for lunches there is always so much food for everyone. I'm already telling my mom and sister to get one. This oven makes my cooking easier and my food preserves all the flavors. Meals are now effortless and so delicious

Christmas present for my brother. I was a little nervous because, when googling cast iron skillets, KitchenAid is not usually listed.

I haven’t put this pan down since I got it! Steak and onions on this pan have been our favorite, with the pan being pre-seasoned nothing sticks and meat and veggies have been so tender! If you don’t know or have time to pre-season your skillets, I’d highly recommend this one. Cleaning is also a breeze!

This pan is super handy. Especially when you have something that needs to start on the stovetop and finish in the oven, or a particularly large recipe to cook. The handles help for moving in and out of the oven, but make sure you have potholders/towels to grab them, and be careful because it is pretty heavy.

I absolutely love this pan!!! Its quite a large size and is very heavy. It said it was pre seasoned but i still cleaned and seasoned it anyways. It's definitely large enough to do my whole breakfast in one shot!

I haven’t done too much looking in a cast iron pan, but am so excited to start more with this one. The size of the pan is perfect to fit in all pieces of a chicken dinner for the family so we won’t have to do multiple batches. Kitchen aid is a good quality brand that you know will stand up to the rest of time.

This Dutch oven locks the moisture and flavors of food ,keeps it inside and makes food more tasty and soft , as I love tender meat , this oven giving me perfectly soft meat. I love the fact that it can be use in multiple ways , like in oven , on stoves and even on grill .It definitely spread the heat evenly and stay hot for good quality of time.

I am really enjoying this cast iron skillet. First off, it has a nice sleek professional look, which I appreciate. It is hefty, which is expected with cast iron, but in a good way. I love the raised sides as it gives me more space to cook in. It cooks beautifully and evenly and I have been using this as my go to cast iron since getting it. Did I mention it looks great and is a joy to cook with, because it is.

Awesome piece of cookware!

I purchased this for use camping. But turns out that I love it so much, it may just stay in the kitchen. Cleans up like a dream - gets really hot quickly and retains heat very well. I did add more seasoning, and it's beautifully finished. Also love the matching Dutch Oven.

I used to regularly use an older cast iron skillet but it was a little too small. This 12-inch diameter size is PERFECT and is super versatile. I cook with it just about every day and do everything from fried chicken to desserts in this thing. I love the weight and quality of it too.
