Skillet is a quality item
We were pleased with the quality of the item. Everything arrived quickly and safely. Th skillet was the most reasonable of its kind. The glass top helps the product to be moister when we cook. The skillet is easy to clean. We were surprised that the directions did not advocate using a high temperature, however, our revised stove is not that hot so we have had no difficulty cooking with medium high to low temperatures. The 12 inch size is about the largest size that can fit on our electric coils.
