Nice size and depth. Great for saucy dishes. Feels solid and well made but not too heavy.

Great Stir Fry Pan

This is a perfect stir fry pan and happy to pick this up during sale. This pan lasts for years but always good to have a spare one in storage as back up as well!

Quality product but smaller than described

I ordered this hoping to replace my current fry pan. When I received it, the very first thing I noticed was that it is smaller than the one I have. The key issue here is that it’s only 3.25 inches high, but the picture shows the height is 4.25 inches, a whole one inch difference. It looks like a good quality product, but does not really meet my expectations because of the misleading description in the picture. So if you want a deeper fry pan like me, don’t buy it.

Shipping damage

Unfortunately, I did not get to even use this because it arrived damaged by shipping. It was bent in on one side, so I returned it.

Like it for my needs.

Nice weight to pan. Handle long enough not to worry about getting hot. Actual pan surface area small,but I like depth. So, Not a wok. great for me, as I do "stir fry" in components, and assemble with sauce. Could have many uses as a larger pan for spaghetti sauce, etc.

I've been using Anolon for

I've been using Anolon for many years. I purchased an entire set of pots for my son when he divorced, and my daughter when she bought her home, as well as gifting my 2nd son a set when he married.

12-Inch Stir Fry

Excellent pan for stove top cooking! The base of the pan could be a larger diameter for better balance on cast iron burner grates.

Great Pan with More Volume!

Bought this as a replacement for a previous one that we used daily and wore out after a couple of years.

Pan is Not non-stick

Pancakes are my nonstick test. Pancakes stick, no oil is used. Pancakes must be scraped loose with a silicone spatula and then they are nonstick. Same after you flip it.

Great every day pan!

Great pan. I had one that I used for years until it gave out. I was thrilled that the pan hadn’t been discontinued. I use it almost every day.

Packing not sufficient

Packing is not sufficient, only with some foam packing peanuts. The wok is damaged - not round anymore and will need to return.

Non-Stick coating is coming off

Non-Stick coating is coming off after 6 months of use. Opened a ticket with Anolon and yet to hear back. Based on review on other sites, Anolon seems to find one reason or other to not honor the lifetime warranty.

Doesn't work on induction like my other analon pan

I left a message, no response. To return it cost as much as the pan. I will probably donate it. I love my other pan. However Your return policy will keep me from buying from you again, I am very disappointed.

My go to pan!

My go to pan! this pan can be used for virtually anything but I love it for stir frying and cooking almost everything I’ve had this pan for a long long time I’ve tried many nonstick pans and nothing works as good as this pan.

Analon 12 inch stir-fry in Nouvelle Luxr

I love this pan. It is the work horse in my very busy kitchen. (I have used an Analon version of this pan for over 15 years) I use it at least once a day. The weight is good, the size is good. However, the finish roughs up a bit in about a year, and I replace it. So fantastic pan, short life. This is the third since I replaced my cooktop with induction in July 2018.

High quality non-stick wok with even heating

I bought this wok to replace my old Anolon wok that I had used for almost 9 years. This is a very high quality wok with a nice non-stick surface and cooks with even heating without burning the food. I have used this new wok for vegetable stir-fry, sweet and sour pork ribs, chicken dishes, tofu dishes, and many other types of dishes and it works very well.

Great pan well worth the price

Best pan I've ever had. Handle takes a long time to heat up so as of yet I haven't even had to use pot holders. You can feel the sturdiness as soon as you unpack it. Very even and consistent cooking.

Absolutely love the details and craftsmanship of the pan to begin with. The copper surround on the bottom really allowed for stability especially I noticed at high temperatures. I have cooked not only stir frys but also boiled water for pasta noodles and used it to cook a frozen convenience meal in a pinch. In all situations the pan held heat well, cleanup was no more than a quick rinse and a wipe with a papertowel. The pan is super nonstick. No need for oils or butter and even cheese is no threat. My favorite meal was a stirfry where i cooked everything in one pan. I boiled my carrots and broccoli first as.they were frozen and i wanted a different texture. Then I added the peppers and onions and set those aside fired up the pan hot to cook the strip steak and then dropped an egg inside amd returned everything and we even put the pan on the table to serve. Easiest meal ever thanks to anolon. If I had a suggestion or wish it would be to include a lid. I had a lot of leftovers once ans didn't want to dirty a dish but had no choice because the pan is much larger than my biggest lid.

[Rewarded Review] One of the nicest pans we own - cooks like a flat pan

My wife and I cook a lot, I mean a lot. There are certain pots and pans that become your go-tos because you know they cook well and this Anolon Stir Fry is becoming a go-to. It looks great, it heats food quickly (without sticking to the pan,) and it heats so evenly that you can almost use it like a flat pan. The packaging says that it can go into an oven up to 500 degrees but I have not tested that out yet. I love this stir-fry pan!! It is heavy duty and nothing sticks to it so it makes for a very easy clean-up. The copper infused plate on the bottom allows the pan to heat quick and evenly. This is overall a great quality heavy-duty non-stick pan!!
