My shower looks fabulous with the new shower fixtures from BWE.

Missing shower handle ? called for support And diverted to non English speaking support person. Will only buy American ?? in the future

Where are the nipples needed for the installation? Why they are not in the box they shipped? We need them so please send them.

[Rewarded Review] Like standing in the rain

Installation was pretty straightforward. Directions were actually terrible, but really didn't need them. Product has an extremely nice finish. valve operation is extremely smooth water dispenses above like standing in the rain. The hand Wand is an extra nice feature. Comes with Teflon tape and the 2 Allen keys needed for installation.

[Rewarded Review] Well packaged

I must say that I was extremely impressed by the packaging of this shower combo. Everything was padded ... not only with the specially cut out foam, but also each individual part. There is no way anything was getting scratched or damaged. They even included white gloves and plumber's tape! The shower head is a very nice size, with many little openings to optimize the "rain" effect.

Not recommended

The shower head has no pressure and the water falls very weakly. So disappointed!

Bad unit

Started leaking about 6 months after installing. The o rings on the hand held started leaking and then the main valve unit leaking. Should have went with Delta

The quality of the item is really good. Some design choices make you question the motive but overall its great. However, the reason for 2 stars is because I had an issue with the product and I couldn't get in touch with anyone. After multiple attempts by Home Depot they had to refund me because there is no customer service with this brand. They are just a company from China that makes shower equipment. I will definitely research my choices more in the future.

Puzzling Water outcome

This is the most confusing shower I’ve ever experienced! My water comes out mediocre in temperature! If I move the temp handle to the middle and then back to hot, my water will come in diffidently hot (as set from my water heater) but then within seconds it drops to mediocre warmth! I’m SO FRUSTRATED as this is not an installation issue and I have no answers for why the water would transition from where I want it to blah!

I have a leak

I have a leak at the neck of the pipe holding the rainfall head. It looks like a small scew dose anyone have this.?

[Rewarded Review] Very solidly made shower fixture

The first thing I noticed with this shower fixture was how very heavy it was when I picked up the box. I thought, surely this cannot be the shower fixture. I was so impressed, I actually decided to weigh it. 13 1/4 pounds!! They did not skimp when making this fixture. The valve unit appears to be well designed, in a heavy duty plastic casing, as many are being done these days. The finish is very attractive and install should be rather easy, assuming you have some plumbing skills. The price is certainly in line with the high quality, I would certainly recommend this shower fixture.

[Rewarded Review] High quality, attention to detail

I got this shower faucet because of the size of the rain head and it has a hand shower which is great for rinsing down the tub. The shower is impeccably packed. After taking out the various parts – all individually wrapped and packed, I was surprised that they include spare parts, gloves, and plumbers' tape – a thoughtful detail. All the shower parts are either solid brass or metal, again a rarity at this price point. The finish is beautiful – I hope my pictures do it justice. The instructions are comprehensive and easy to follow, and the parts are clearly labeled. I highly recommend this faucet in oil rubbed bronze, but if the other finishes are as good as this one, I would be comfortable buying any of them – it is that good!
