Great for control freaks!

I had my kitchen cabinets refaced and decided to take down the 25 year old fluorescent fixtures underneath the cabinets that were literally falling apart. I looked for hard wired fixtures that might be able to have a more amber-colored light output than the white-white glow that I dislike at 5:30 in the morning. This Good Earth light fixture seemed to fit the bill. I needed three fixtures, but one of these needed to be about 48 inches long and Good Earth maxes out at 30 inches.

Easy to install and great option to adjust color and brightness. A little bulky.

The plugs are huge

Didn't end up installing these. Bought four in various sizes to replace decades old Alkco fluorescent undercabs in our kitchen. While the Good Earth fixtures seemed to have nice features like the connecting cables, our cabinets are recessed underneath and we would have had to drill huge holes to run the cables between fixtures, or would have had the cables hanging down underneath, which would have looked pretty ugly. We also found that the plugs extended the length of the fixture considerably, so where we previously could fit a 12 inch undermount fluorescent fixture, the equivalent Good Earth LED wouldn't fit. Returned them all and went with Juno.

[Rewarded Review] Exceptionally bright, no flicker.

I am very sensitive to flickering lights and have had not had any issue with this light. I am using to replace an old florescent light that plugs into my desk, and was so pleasantly surprised by how bright and crisp this light is. The different settings are a huge bonus (although I generally only use the bright white setting, seen in picture. I added a plug to wire converter so I could plug it in directly, and had no trouble doing that. Seems very sturdy and all extruded holes/pieces are very clean. Highly recommend!!

This Good Earth Lighting 12-in Hardwired Under Cabinet Light Bar does a great job keeping my kitchen lit up at night. My reason for 5 stars is because it took me a while to get it connected as the instructions didn’t math the light , but. Was able to get it connected where I already had a light over my sink which was also hard wired, so I just switched them. Now I can enjoy my new light. I would recommend getting one for yourself.

[Rewarded Review] Very Bright! Great for office

I had the intention to pull the electrical from the wall to install this as an under cabinet lighting in my office, but after putting a hold in the wall, there was no good way to run electrical to it directly. I was bound to make this work, so I cut the end off a grounded inside extension cord and wired it that way and plugged it in. It is working great!

This product was over a month late on arrival. On opening, I found that the instructions were not at all helpful. The Instructions referred to a similar looking model but with totally different wiring configurations, so I put it aside for a while.

It did not come with a plug-in cord attached for one to plug into an outlet because, the light is direct wire. In my opinion, that makes it harder for many DIY persons. It is a great light and easy to install, if you are in the middle of a new construction or a major remodeling work. The light has push connectors for easy connection but that works much better it you are using solid conductors.

[Rewarded Review] Very bright!

Easy to attach to the cabinet. Added a power cord instead of hardwiring the light. The area underneath was very dark and hard to see. The light brightens it up and serves its purpose.

You can actually control this light from your phone! Also works from alexa and google, so is voiced controlled. You can select the light temp from 2700k to 6500k. Your phone allows remote access. You can also schedule to turn on and turn off. You can add this to multiple lights. This is direct wired, but easy to install. This is 12 inches long.

[Rewarded Review] Good Light with Handy Features!

I have an office desk in my bedroom, and I needed an under cabinet light so that I could see better and not take up room on the desk. I ended up getting the Good Earth Under Cabinet Light Bar. It seems to be well made; a little bulkier than the slim lights that are out now. On the other hand, the fact that you can turn it on & off, as well as adjust the light intensity just using your phone makes the extra bulk worthwhile. I’ve become pretty spoiled turning off the desk light from my bed! Installation wasn’t bad – the screws were “pre-installed captive screws,” so it was easy to put up. If you’re using it for a desk light, I’d recommend installing it toward the back of your cabinet/desk (not like in my pictures!). Even on the dimmer settings, it is still pretty bright if you’re sitting close. I haven’t used the voice controls much, but my kids like to come in and do it. Having the ability to set the light to come on at certain times is nice too! Overall it’s a good light with handy features.

[Rewarded Review] Works fine, install could be easier

This light works as it should and has some nice features (the app, etc), but the install/set up could definitely be more user friendly. I am not a total novice, but I'm not an expert electrician either. To install it somewhere that was not prewired/made for it, takes a bit more work than I would like.

Great product and easy to wire for my under counter kitchen area. The Bluetooth set up was easy. Can control the light from my iPhone along with the type of brightness I want. Wired it up as a plug-in so if needed can move it easily

This light is compact yet very bright. It is not a plug and play, so unless you understand how to attach proper wires, I would suggest not purchasing.

Good earth under cabinet bluetooth lighting

HATE that I cannot manually tone down lights to warm. You have to use app to do it and pairing is impossible.
