too late to return

I ordered this because my family get togethers have expanded. I have never had an issue with anything from C&B, but this pot began to rust/discolor in the strainer holes after 2 uses. Also the bottom discolored. Very sad because it was a gift from my family for my birthday and have really wanted a larger pot for pasta meals.

All clad 12 quart multi pot “stock pot”

Another star performer in the all clad. Had only an 8 quart multi pot for years and always thought if only a little bigger. This 12 quart fills the bill and the strainer only makes soups and broth a simple task. Looking forward to preparing the holiday collard greens in this new pot with plenty of room for the greens and the luscious pot liquor.

Capacity is Misleading

Great pot, measurements are misleading. I purchased the 12 qt multipot. It is only stainless, not d3 or d5. The most disappointing thing is that capacity is 9.5 qts (9 L). With the insert it could go up to 12? Doubtful as it’s not that much higher and liquid has to stay well below the main pot.
