Quality not as expected

I bought a Lamborghini a few years ago and it was really nice great quality. This car albeit a very nice car it had small dents mostly on the left side of the car. The hood had a large spot that the shiny finish was rubbed off and the windshield was scratched. We were disappointed in the quality but not enough time to return because we needed it for a gift.

Perfect little car

Arrived in record time, about 1 week since we live on the East coast. The box was in perfect condition. Took about 15 minutes to put it together and it was working immediately. Still figuring out the sound system but the charge holds for longer than you think. It's not too fast but fast enough and the remote works good. My little girl is 4 and tiny so it fits her great. I wouldn't recommend this for a real tall toddler, but for us it is just right.

Super Cute! My daughter loved it!

I purchased this for my daughter's 2nd birthday. Had a few issues upon arrival, but contacted customer service and they were very prompt in responding and fixing the issues right away! Awesome customer service:)

Didn’t work

Initially it didn’t work. We purchased for our daughter for Christmas. Took it out the box Christmas Eve to assemble and have ready for her. However, it didn’t work. We had to wait until the evening of the 26th for someone to troubleshoot it with us. Come to find out the issue was wiring wasn’t correctly done and we ended up fixing it with the help of the tech. My issue is that I spent almost 300.00 for a product to work for my daughter and Christmas Day it didn’t. Please in the future check the functionality of the product before putting in box and sending to buyer.
