A wheel not snapping onto the rod on the front.

I bought this ride for my 2 year old granddaughter for Christmas %26 all the wheels went as expected except the front left wheel; it wouldn't snap into place. I was wondering if I needed a new wheel or what someone would recommend. It is so pretty %26 I know my granddaughter is going to be so excited. I hope that someone will respond back to me %26 I hope that you have a blessed day.

Perfect gift for 2yo

Easy to put together, only the wheels tripped me up. Kids love it so much just wish the side view mirrors would stay in without having to glue them down.

This just got put together for a birthday gift, this the late review! It is just as nice as it looks in the picture! All the parts were there and all is in perfect working condition! It looks beautiful and works great too! It even has music too, and working headlights! So glad I ordered this, and at a really good price!

Grandkid loves it ! Was surprised it required minor assembly but it was easy . Windshield was cracked but I emailed the company and they sent another.

Uncooperative company!

We bought this for our daughter for Christmas of 2022. It was a warmer than average winter here, so she got a few chances to ride it, and she loved it. But once the cold weather really set it, we had to put the car up for winter. During the winter, we managed to misplace the charger for the car. So we emailed the company to inquire about a replacement charger, which we were fully willing to PURCHASE one, not demanding a free one. The company responded by saying that the car came with a 12 month warranty and claimed we were beyond the 12 month, so they can sell us a charger, but it wouldn't be covered by warranty. We purchased the car at the end of Nov 2022, and we contacted them mid summer of 2023. So technically, we were still within the warranty time, but still, we didn't care. We were fully willing to pay out of pocket for it since we lost it. But then the company quit responding to our emails. Eventually, we found a charger to fit on amazon, but the battery was shot. It worked for a whole 2 minutes after charging, and we're clearly out of warranty now. So we 100% do not recommend this company! Product was great while it worked, but the company was uncooperative. Now we're purchasing a new car from a different company.

No screw!!!!

Recently i purchased a car for my baby for Christmas through the app due to me working 12 hours a day it’s convenient for me so me and my boyfriend go to put the car together and there is no screw for the steering wheel and we know for a fact we didn’t receive it because we opened it to put the car together inside our house in one spot we get the nut but no screw so how can the car turn without the screw for the steering wheel so here we are finally off of work today as Dec 31 2023 going here and there having to buy this screw out of our pocket when it should have came with the car as the instructions read very disappointing because my baby has been expecting to ride her car but can’t because she can’t even turn it y’all have to do better because most of us order online for conveniencey and get disappointed

Not very accurate about age it says 7 to 8-year-old of the car is extremely little. My child won’t be using it for too long.
