Very nice very pleased

these tiles have a nice look to them but they are not functional as a unit. the tiles are very difficult to snap together and if you are lucky enough to get them together, they fall apart very easily when moved.

It’s okay just didn’t get enough

I hired someone to come install my deck tiles and two of the seven of the boxes that arrived a few days later on my shipment were a different color. I ordered the "Natural" to match a deck that was built beside the area and by the time I knew that I was shipped two "Brown" boxes and went back to my order online it showed I had ordered "Brown". I know I ordered the "Natural" and now the "Natural" are "Out-of-stock" and I have a patio that is 3/4 of the way completed. The first person I spoke with when I called two days ago told me someone would contact me within 24-48 hours. After waiting 48 hours and hearing nothing I called back and the second lady wasn't so nice. She said it was 3 to 4 business days and and I hadn't waited long enough to call again because the day you call doesn't count as the first day. She also said they would contact me as soon as they could get to it, that sometimes it took longer. She said if I called back I would liekly get the same response she had just given me and I should just wait to hear from them.

Excellent product which met my expectation Easy to assemble and looks great

The tiles themselves are beautiful but the plastic that interlocks them is poorly made. At least a fourth of our order came broken. Thankfully we ordered more than we needed. If it weren’t for that I’d give them 5 stars because they’re truly easy to assemble and look great!

I love this flooring for the outside deck. It made the deck look so pretty and it was so easy to put together.

The interlock system doesn't click all the way. The tiles are nice but it would be better if the system didn't let them come apart after you lay them down. They come in a box with 2 boxes of 10 tiles each inside. One of my boxes had an inside box that was wet and the 10 tiles were molded and the cardboard for the box was stuck to them.

Beautiful and sturdy. Can't wait to see them assembled.

They didn’t deliver natural, as I ordered, they delivered something dark. Since I was away when it arrived and didn’t have an opportunity to return it soon enough, I unboxed it and put it down. It looks OK.

Good quality overall. May need light sanding. some surfaces rougher than others. That's the only reason I didn't make it a 5 star.
