I purchased the Zep Floor Stripper and applied per instructions. I actually mixed 16 ounces of Zep per gallon of water. I thought this would prep me for Zep Stage 2 floor sealer. Wrong! I have a 24x40 man cave and it is humid in East Texas as I write this. Product worked exceptionally well and brought more of the residue to the top surface of the concrete. I think after another application or two (and perhaps renting an orbital scrubber from HD), I will then be ready for Zep Step 2. This stripper is the bomb!

We use this product every day to clean the kitchen floor in our restaurant. If you properly dilute this product it will not remove the finish but it will remove the grease.

Excellent product. It removed buildup wax on an Armstrong Solarian floor. This was built up over many years and it nearly restored the floor to its original appearance. I’m very pleased with the product and would highly recommend it use.

Typically, strippers can be expensive and difficult to deal with, but this stripper is a pleasure to work with.

I work in a restaurant and I use it on my floor in the kitchen and it is amazing how it works on get the grease and dirt off of the floor and leave the floor so clean

You still have to use alot of elbow grease, but this product helped tremendously. I probably used more of a 50/50 solution, despite what the directions said.
