Could tell a difference after 1 time! my floors look beautiful. It says not to use on wood, but I did. It did not damage or spot my our wood floors. They look amazing and shiney with the wet look I've been trying to achieve!
I've been stripping and waxing floors for over 50 years and this product delivers one of the nicest shines of all the floor finishes I've ever used. I highly recommend it for anyone who wants to get the edge on their competition.
Works very well. Not as glossy and super wet look like I thought, but that's a good thing. It have the floor an even coat look that was slightly above a mop with out anything. It's not the Like Glass look that the cover says. Maybe I could have added more coats to it to get that look. But usually the wet look comes at a high cost of wax buildup that flakes, chips and cracks. This had none of that. I will use it again!
DRIES QUICK AND YOU WILL LOVE YOUR FLOORS
This is the BEST floor polish! It dries super quick and it is NOT sticky ! I have cleaned the floors of several friends and family because I want everyone to have beautiful floors!! I have tried many other polishes and this is the best
It does what it's supposed to.
Every time I mop my husband says how beautiful and vibrant our tile is when it's wet and when it dries it's more dull. I found this and had to try it. My tile floor looks so awesome. I only did 2 coats and it's perfect. It definitely looks wet and shiney. Not sticky at all. No white streaks or anything. I love it.

I apply 4 to 6 coats of this product on my vintage motorhome and people are always asking me how I got it so shiny. Most people don't want to believe how easy the wet look is to use. I'm now redoing the finish as it's been 5 years and I live in Nevada! I was hesitant to try this 5 years ago but I saw it done on YouTube with great results. If you do a motorhome with this product, don't get it on the chrome or glass and you just put it on thin but not in direct sunlight or on a windy day.

The floor polish looks lovely on the floor but it does require the use of a floor buffer to keep it looking shiny and nice. Per instructions, after starting with clean floors, I used 4 coats of Zep sealer then applied 4 coats of the floor polish on top of it. I love the wet look and the floors are shiny but not slippery. I will definitely continue using the combo of Zep floor polish and Zep sealer on my floor. I purchased the sealer in the store the first time I bought it but was annoyed to find it was now only available as an online order. Since I was in the middle of application on my floors this was most annoying. If the products are made to work together than both should be carried in active stock in the store.

Works decently. You need to apply the 4 coats as per instructions to get it to the wet look. It is not overly shiny on terrazzo, but you can see the difference between the stripped vs polished tiles. Also, the store did not have the sealer for step 2, so I used the Behr Premium Natural Protector and Waterproofer, waited 24hrs then applied the wet look polish.

Great product that shines my tile floor up to a high gloss finish. I have been using this product for many years and it has proven to be an excellent choice. If floors get a bit dengy just mop with the Ph balanced floor cleaner and they look as though a new coat was applied.
Floor looks good; odor is persistant
I've used ZEP's VCT floor finish system twice; works as advertised, final product looks great. But the Wet Look product and the sealant, both have persistent, irritating order. I'm developing sensitivity to it; put third of three coats on floor a week ago, and still cannot spend more than a few minutes in the room without reacting to the very noticeable odor, despite aggressive use of fans, open windows, etc. Be prepared to surrender your room to the floor finish for at least two weeks.

Applies easily. Dries for recoating in 30 minutes. Holds up very well. Zep neutral cleaner is excellent for cleaning waxed floors. Will always use Zep wax and cleaner on my home floors and on my office floors.
Buffing a 60 year old basement floor
I used 2 gallons on my 1962 finished basement floor. I first bought the ZEP cleaner and it got most of the tiles cleaned. Then I used this wax & there are parts of the floor that look like there is a sheet of glass covering the floor. It was hard long work but the floor has not looked this good in over 20 years. To do all of this I bought a commercial scrubber & buffer. I am glad I did not rent one because it took me over a month to do the entire floor working a few hours every week. (about 30 feet by 60 feet).
Great for your dull fiberglass boat finish
40 year old 30 ft boat had dull finish. Had pros wax hull and top decks...looked ok but certainly not like new.

Zep is the best cleaning product ever made! It cleans any surface with little or no effort. Instead of just a floor polish, I would call it an all purpose polish!

This product is awesome. I swept and mopped the floor. My hardwood floors were very dull. First coat made a complete difference. 2nd coat made the floor beautiful. A little goes a long way. Love it!

So, I think I'm somewhat outside of the "normal use" realm of this product. I just used it to refinish an old and neglected terrazzo floor here in South Florida. Luckily, our floor did not have the dreaded tile grout lines or carpet glue marks, as it had a floating laminate floor on top of it. I removed that flooring and underlayment, then proceeded to clean the entire floor with a scraper (random bits of tile grout, wall texture, and overspray from wall painting). Once I finished that, I vacuumed residue up, mopped the floor clean, let dry thoroughly, then proceeded with two coats of Zep Wet Look Floor Polish. It's not super shiny like mirror finish, but has a nice sort of satiny sheen...which is exactly what I wanted! I even moved furniture across the new finish within hours of application and it barely got scuffed! I was very impressed at its resilience already. Then, hubby had a mishap and spilled water on it...I'm not even sure how long it was there...and it cleaned up very easily this morning.
Wow!
This is the before and after in my house! A little goes a long way. Putting it down is easy, the hard part is the prep. The floors have to be almost perfect because and hair ir flaw is permanent once this dries. Use a brand new rayon only mop, cotton will leave fibers. It holds up well to large dogs. It says 4 coats, we were happy with 2. We had 89 cent wood look vinyl that looks dull, you can see the before and after photo. It does not look like cheap flooring now!
Used for pontoons on the partybarge
I purchased this product for a use probably not commonly used for, which is for protecting the pontoons on our party barge. After cleaning the pontoons, apply 4-5 coats and the pontoons look great. Doesn’t polish(give mirror finish) but does improve the look and protects them from discoloring so quickly... I did also use some on my lit floors in my home and makes them look really nice. The photo shows how they make the pontoons look
Just IGNORE the instructions on the back of the bottle and you will be so happy
Wow! I did not have high expectations at all to be honest with you but wow! I live in an old house with all original hardwood flooring. They were looking extremely dull and faded. I didn’t have the time/money right now to spend on refinishing them so I watched a few YouTube videos on cheap diy hardwood floor finishes. I basically ignored everything the instructions on the bottle told me not to do and I am SO HAPPY that I did. When I purchased the product I was hesitant and scared because the directions on the back of the bottle specifically tell you to not do the following:

This worked great! I used the stripper first to clean. Then I did 4 coats of this and the floors came out awesome and shiny. Easy to apply, bought a wide head mop/duster to apply. I started using a tray, but then realized it was easier to just pour it out and side to side mop it over the floor. Dries as stated , quickly and within 30 minutes and then you just go and apply your next coat. I recommend this as I think it works great and is simple to use. I used mine on terrazzo floors that probably hadn't been cleaned in 10 years......amazing how this brought them back to life.
