Pros for this product: Heavy aluminum holds up to higher temps (wood burning pizza oven) and distributes the perfectly...no hot spots on pan. Heavy construction holds up beautifully to pizza rocker knives. Very easy to clean and am able to store outside with no worries. Cons: None
