I decided to eat healthier but still like to eat pizza. Saw a u-tube by dr berg where he makes a pizza crust with grated cauliflower. It was pretty good

Perfectly Non-stick

Absolutely non stick! A great pan that I highly recommend. I am considering the Crisper Pizza pan as an additional purchase. I would also mention just in passing, that you sell a set of two of those for $29.99, and one pan alone at $11.49. So if I wanted 2, its a no brainer that simply buying 2 at $11.49 is going to save me $7.00.

Wanted one with a lip...

This pan is fine, but I was looking for a pan with a lip. My friend has one from Wilton, but I couldn't find it.

Pizza from scratch

This pan takes the misery if finding your par-baked dough stuck tight and shredded when you transfer it to the baking stone. I went through five or six pans before I found this Wilton. Even so, still use a light coat of non-stick or spray oil as insurance. Definitely a best kept secret. But then again who makes their dough? Pizza is as good as the dough it's made on. And fresh dough (less than 3 hours) is positively heavenly.

Pizza pan works as advertised

I bake the pizzas in my barbecue grill and temps get to 450 - 500 degrees. So far the pan has been perfect-- no burning crust, and the pizza does not stick to it at all. Time will tell as to how long the non-stick surface will continue, but at this price I would be satisfied if it only lasts a year.

Love pan, watch measurement, 14" is actually 16"

It's a beautiful pan. Only problem is it's not 14" as stated. It's 16" and won't fit in my countertop oven. I will need to return and get it in the 12." I ordered it online because it wasn't available in the store. Wilton product: superior quality.

Usable but of lessor quality than other wilton pans
