This the perfect Pergola for our small patio. Made well and easy to assemble.

Images and description stated this was a stand alone pergola. It is not. It needs support as it is not stable. We put it together after our 30 day period of return and we now are needing to bolster it so we can use it.

We really like the final product! Looks great and fits perfectly where we wanted it. The panels seem a bit thin but we are hoping it will hold up in our harsh weather. This one is the 10’x10’ great price and exactly what we wanted.

Horrible customer service received broken parts and they didn’t to send me a new item or return my money

The joints on the “I” pieces didn’t fit together properly from being squished likely in transit. There were metal pieces that were not painted. The unit is overall as advertised though it is not quite as sturdy as expected.

This Pergola is so very cheap it want even stand on its own weight

Product looks good, but addon service is not good. The assemble and install is not accurate. I would have done better job if I don't take add on service.

Im not sure that it will hold up to ourCanadian winters . And if it hails I’m wondering if it will go right through the plastic

This Pergola is a great addition for my deck. Very easy to assemble and create lots of shade.

The holes for the screws have no thread so I want able to put up the pergola

It's the perfect size I was looking for, but I had to drill out larger holes because they didn't line up at all on the underpinning cross reinforcements. They should have had elongated openings to accommodate. Other than that you must remember this pergola is not free standing and has to be attached to a stationary structure for support.
