Arrived timely, easy to set up, works great! Like the cordless remote as well as the extra height/clearance of the base.
FedEx shipping is why I gave it a 5. I met FedEx at the door and asked them to please put it just inside the door. They saw I'm in a wheelchair and had no problem. As for the adjustable bed, I have to adjust how I do things, so considering I was able to complete the task and put the frame in place I felt accomplished. I'd say so far it does what it's supposed to do. I've only laid on the bed and adjusted it for about 5 minutes so far.
