I read the reviews and everyone was saying that they had to drill holes and they were right I got 2 of the twin beds and I had to drill them both and I just don’t think you can put them together in a hrs and a half

Great frame

Very easy to assemble. Durable. Seems like it'll last a while. Very happy with the product. Also, the remote that comes with it is totally different than the picture. It has four pre-settings: Zero Gravity, TV Flat, and Sleep Mode which is very nice for the frame. I love the Zero Gravity setting. Great for my back pain. Only downfall is it weighs a ton when it comes so be prepared to have two people to bring it in your room.

The product came with a missing part. Unable to contact the company to get the missing part. The assembly is too complicated it took over 2 hours.

I only received the bed and Not the mattress. Where is the mattress?

Building it was a lil hard, but its been amazing ever since!!

Incomplete

I would have given a higher score, but we paid for the upholstery and did not get it. The order was incomplete and now I have to take time to figure out how to get it.

OhMyGod, what a nightmare! A previous adjustible bed I ordered from Amazon came in a big flat box. You unfolded it, put the legs on and it was ready to go. With this bed, you must be a mechanical engineer to assemble. There must be 90 to 100 pieces in the box, and you must assemble the moter and its mechanical connections, the electronics, and the frame in multiple, multiple piedes. I'm thinking this will take me at least an entire day to assemble. If that's not bad enough, there are warnings in the assembly manual warning of where you can go wrong. I'd deturn it except it would never go back in the box. DO NOT BUY!

King size bed frame

It arrived earlier than expected!! We ordered the king size frame. The first few pages didn’t have clear instructions. There is a recommendation for a video to watch. That was very helpful. Once we got the beginning figured out it really was easy to put together. It has a lot of pieces and looked overwhelming but was not at all. The bed sits a little lower than I would like. Other than that the quality it’s good. So far everything works great!!

Affordable

Very easy to assemble

Great price for an adjustable bed, but it was a pain to put together. Some of the instructions were very vague and some of the holes in the wood did not line up with where they bolted to the metal frame. I had to drill new holes

I especially like how quietly it operates. Very comfortable.

Broken with no help to fix

I wound not buy this item. I purchased it and the motor does not work. It was assembled and the motor does not work. I am having a terrible time getting assistance for a solution to the problem. I have submitted everything they have requested and all I have recieved is we will get back with you when we have a solution.

Assembly was thought out by Manufacture

This review is based on assembly and one nights use. The frame was priced well and seems sturdy and of good value. Everything was shipped and marked for easy assembly.

great bed great price

Arrived early. The instructions do not tell you which screw goes where so that wasn't good but figured it out. Bed is wonderful motor is quite response time immediately, I love this bed. good quality for a great price Highly recommends for everyday use. I have stage 4 COPD n it is great to keep my head n legs up n still be comfortable.

exactly as advertised

very well made frame.. , I expected less quality at this price point but it is very sturdy and the instructions were very easy to follow. bed works perfectly. Highly recommend this product.
