Stunning, well made and easy to build. Great instructions with all the necessary tools in the box. Well worth the money spent. Much more attractive than the traditional metal stands.

Hammock snapped

After less than 8 months of use, my hammock stand split and broke (just like the reviews said it would). I'm so upset. I loved the way it looked and everything about it. I can't believe it broke. What a waste of money. Do not buy.

My hammock finally has a home!

I've been looking for a hammock stand for quite a while. I didn't want a metal one. This one is unique, wood, sturdy and a conversation starter when we have guests. It fits perfectly outside our Smoky Mountain home.

Love this product

I'm using this hammock stand for my indoor non-spreader bar hammock. I know the product description advises against using this with a hammock without a spreader bar but it works well for my 10ft hammock. The only thing I will say is- 15 feet is very long!! I highly advise for you to measure out 15 feet before placing your order (common sense, but I didn't). Its much larger then I expected, especially as I'm using it indoors.

Good solid item.

It seems like a sturdy, well made item. NB: The item is made overseas but for a US based company. The company recommends that painting on a couple coats of sealer will lengthen the life of the stand significantly. I used marine varnish. Good enough for boats, good enough for my backyard.

Beautiful hammock stand

Bought this with a new hammock and this stand is very rugged and sturdy. It held my double hammock with both my husband and I in it. It was also professionally packed, so no damage on arrival. It's a lovely piece of furniture and we will use this stand for many years to come.

15’ base-It supports weight of me and my husband at 375 pounds just fine and feels sturdy. Base is very large and beautiful. I put it together by myself in 30 minutes. It may creak the first couple times you sit in it but the wood and screws are just settling. Don’t be alarmed. It is sturdy!

Well built, beautiful design

Solid and sturdy, well built and perfect fit for the 13' hammock we also purchased. The wood looks so nice compared to a metal frame stand. Assembly wasn't bad at all, a little tricky lining up the holes for the bolts, but a second set of hands makes it quick - maybe 15-20 minutes from opening the box to fully assembled and ready to go. Only problem was the hardware kit was short two washers; easily fixed with a trip to the hardware store and a quarter. Overall great buy, recommend it highly.

Beautiful Hammock Stand

This stand is a lot bigger than what it looks like in pictures. I received it 2 days after ordering it and was able to fully assemble the stand in less than an hour. The stand is extremely hardy and durable. Proper care will ensure this stand will last a long time. The stand is also pretty heavy and will require two people to move it around safely.

Great product received it quickly !

This hammock stand is awesome ! a extra hand is a plus for assembley in order to align the Thru bolts and Had i it put together in 20 mins. Stand is heavy and will take two people to move it into position in the yard. I sat the ends up on a few concrete pavers so it wouldn't be sitting directly in the dirt and grass and make trimming around it I hope easier.

Gorgeous hammock stand

Just purchased so not a lot of use yet. Assembly not overly difficult but definitely easier with two people. Directions clear and parts will marked. Very, very attractive. Slightly less stable than previous stand - only an issue getting on or off. This would happen with any stand; just have to get used to the balance point. Can't comment on wear/tear yet. Would recommend.

Great hammock stand

This hammock stand is made of high quality wood and should last a long time. Very heavy and will not blow away in high winds. Very easy to put together, my wife and I did it in about 30 minutes, and is very sturdy. I wanted a stand that would not rust or rot being out in the salt air on the coast, I think I found the right stand for that. Just make sure you have plenty of room, since it is big and takes up a lot of area. We love it so far.

You Know You Want It

I'm so in love with my new hammock and beautiful stand. The wood is gorgeous! I gave this a four star rating due to 2 issues: the socket tool that came in the box put scratches in the wood during installation & the carabiner hooks were too small to attach the hammock. FYI, you will definitely need two people to assemble the hammock stand.

Looks great, but a few concerns

I really love the look of this stand. It was easy to assemble by myself with the included tools! The curved beams are made from strips of wood glued together, which can be very strong. I would give 5 stars, however a couple of the beams have spots where the glue didn’t adhere and I’m concerned these gaps may compromise it’s strength when I begin using it.

Hardware was difficult, but OK to use inside

Not sure if this hardware is stainless, but suspect it is not. So, don't put this outside and expect it to last. Wood is the plus, high quality. When you assemble, keep loose until all bolts are inserted. It looks good, but the base looks slightly different than the long members. Overall, good for using inside for me. If I was going to use outside, I'd replace hardware, galvanized or stainless.

Natural Wood Hammock Stand

Found this beautiful Hammock Stand on Houzz, ordered it and it arrived within a week. It was well wrapped and all the pieces were nicely packed in a tight fabric bag. The stand was pretty easy to put together although the pieces are rather heavy. (Hubby used socket wrenches but you could also use the tools provided.) It is heavy-duty, very sturdy and will hold up to 450 pounds. Looks great in the yard! I would recommend it.

Beautiful

I LOVE this hammock stand! It was easy to assemble, great construction and overall beautiful. One word of advice; make sure you have a large space for it. Even though I knew it's 15 feet long, it feels bigger in reality. It needs a lot of space! It has supported my whole family on it at the same time; dad 220lbs, mom 140lbs and daughter 45lbs.

Good stand

The stand is beautiful and very sturdy. It came in a very nice stain but did have some chips and marks on it. The worst part of the install was that, as others have stated, the holes did not even come close to lining up. You basically have to unbolt the base completely and maneuver each piece to try to get the holes to line up. Then you need to hammer the bolts while wiggling the pieces until you can eventually get the bolts through.

Great product

I read a few reviews that talked about incorrectly sized bolts but I didn't have any problems. The directions are a little laconics but it's not rocket science to put together. A little tip, don't tighten the bolts hardly at all before getting the arms assembled.

Really sharp looking!

This hammock stand looks so much nicer than the metal ones. It really does look beautiful in our yard. It comes stained, but my husband sanded it down a bit, and put a couple coats of polyurethane on it, so it would stand up to the weather better. He also swapped out for stainless hardware. The zinc plated wouldn't last a month in Florida. Great buy overall.
