The pool came with holes and i immediately contacted walmart regarding the issue when i purchased it in May. Since then, i contacted walmart and i received an email ( on three different occassions) stating someone will contact me within 48 hrs.

Although it does take a long time to fill and requires a lot of water, the end result is totally worth it.

Ok! So friends, first off, this pool is HUGE!! Perfect for our 6 kids and us, with room!! It’s very very heavy, so I’m hoping that means very durable/ will last some time! Upon opening it, the materials do feel extremely durable, and very well crafted. It came with absolutely everything needed to get started, including a cover and a net. Again, all seems to be extremely well made. The ONLY reason I took off one star is simply because it’s been quite a task to get it up and running. It does require a lot of prep work. We needed to obtain a permit and then hire a contractor to prep the ground/level it properly right ensure the pool would stand level and even, sand needed to be placed as well. We are also waiting on water delivery due to the size of the pool, which is fine! It’s faster to have to delivered and more efficient. The ladder is not our favorite as it’s very narrow but we can make it work and that’s something that can be replaced as well. To be honest, those last few things still make it worth it in our opinion. We have 6 children who cannot wait for the water to be delivered!! I will update my review and add photos once it’s filled so everyone can see how it stands once waters in. Pictures without water do not do it justice and that would not be a fair review. All in all, this seems to me an awesome manufacturer of family pools and products and we are thrilled that we were included in this! By the looks of it this will last a few years with proper maintenance and management! :)

This is an AMAZING pool! My best friend has a FunSicle pool, and she always invites lots of family over to enjoy it. It’s definitely spacious! It’s durable, and I’ve heard that the installation process is easy, taking care of it is easy, and it is incredibly safe to use for certain age groups with supervision. Since I won’t be able to open mine until July, I’ll take their word for it. It comes with all the necessary pieces to set up, and I can’t wait to bring the community together to enjoy it. I found the same pool with a better everything for 400.00 less! Major difference! Better quality filter and ladder.

I was worried because of all the negative reviews. We received this pool early, albeit not free shipping. I verified the presence of a freight charge in the purchase review. It was still cheaper than the smaller 9'x18' pool. We set it up and haven't seen or noticed any leaks yet. I was disappointed because the filter was not as advertised. It advertised a 1500 skimmer filter and we received a 2000 ground filter. We find the skimmer filters to be superior. Rather than attempt to send it back we purchased a separate skimmer and attachment. The chlorine goes in the skimmer to help circulate it through the pool more effectively than a floating chlorine dispenser. Overall it requires too many workarounds because of incorrect advertising. I have not seen or noticed any leaks yet.

well we purchased this even with the bad reviews. we had shipping say it was going ri be here a monday and Wednesday. then it updated to guarantee to arribe thursday. well Thursday comes and goes i call and get an update. i was first told they could not find it and then told could not be delivered due to weather...they called shopping and i was guaranteed and promised it would be here friday end of day....friday came and went so i called again for the shipping company to say they dont even have it and it could possibly be delivered the folllwing Tuesday-friday. i canceled the order waste of time.

TERRIBLE experience

BUYER BEWARE. Walmart is being very deceiving with shipping charge. Both when searching for this item and under the item page shipping is advertised as being free with Walmart , which I have. BUT once you check out a $99 freight charge magically appears! (pictured below) Walmart is not willing to refund the shipping even though their website is blatantly misleading. I would expect this from a 3rd party item not one sold and shipped by Walmart.
