Stays hot, very sturdy...I love it !!! Is so easy to set up and take down(google) Fits back in the box. I only use mine 3 seasons!!!

Bought this in March. Had hole magically in 3 months. Had to toss out. Ugh..

After using this for several months, I can honestly say it is so awesome for a cheap starter hot tub. It's best used with 2 people. I love it. It's worth every penny!

I think for the price, its good! Used it for a season and its pretty sturdy. It doesnt really stay hot for long though. This winter we are going to try to insulate the pump and see if that helps.

Check for holes

The unit was well packaged. Recommend watching utube videos for set-up. I set up on concrete patio w tarp underneath. I am still installing. So far I’ve made 4 repairs w repair kit included w purchase and unit still does not hold air. Unfortunately, the unit sat boxed for a few months before I could install so returning was not an option. Looking forward to hopefully using my spa soon.

The plastic jacuzzi had a hole on set up. Should not punture that quickly. cheap material.

Pump is awful

This hot tub is not even paid for yet and I’ve been through two pumps. Both have leaked. My deck where I have it is constantly saturated. I don’t even know if it’s worth trying to get a third pump. Do not throw out your original packaging with all the SKU numbers on it as that is required if you want to submit a warranty claim. Also do not throw out the black covers on the inside of the hot tub as you will need those if you have to disconnect the pump without draining the hot tub. That being said the actual hot tub is good. It is small though and would fit a married couple at one time. I use it as a place for my grandchildren to cool off in the hot summer. Had I known I would go through these problems with the pump , I would not buy it again. I will now try and disassemble it and Google how to fix it myself.

Not enough instructions

Hot tub is great after you finally figure out how to set up. Didn't like that the only written info you get is for the pump. The picture instructions for actual set up was not enough for me.

LOVE IT!

We (my family) loves this hot tub. Easy to set up, great bubbles!! The only reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5 is because you can really only fit 2 adults comfortably, otherwise one of the best purchases I ever made. We use it almost every day.

the assembly instructions weren't very clear so thank goodness for online videos. Once I found one I was able to figure out how to put it together. It inflates in just a few minutes. There is nothing flimsy about this thing. sometimes we get in the tub and sometimes we sit on the edge--with no sagging. After I set it up I set thermostat but accidentally set it to max. When I got in the tub the next morning YOWZA! it has no problem heating the water. Now I love that temp. I drive several hours every day and the tension in my neck and shoulders. The bubbles in this thing are like having a mini massage. You will need to get a spa-care kit but they aren't expensive. My eyes are red in the photo because I had my chlorine gizmo set incorrectly.

The tub assembles easily and works well. The insurance policy is very reasonable and provides long standing assurance and peace of mind.

Would not buy this hottub

No directions on how to put together and temperature does not stay set. Slippery dangerous bottom and would not buy it again if had todo over! Don’t waste money on this and not a good product. Very poor instructions.

Perfect size and heats up to right temp. Fun and easy to assemble. Very comfortable.
