Difficult Set up

I bought this pool a couple weeks ago and was super excited to set it up for my granddaughter. Initially it looked to be simple to put together but when building it I found out that was not the case. No matter how much water I added to the pool the sides would not stand up. The sides also seem to be uneven because the water that is in the pool does not seem to be distributed easily. I've never had this much trouble setting up a product that claims to be "fast set up". I would love a refund for the product but it seems like your company doesn't respond well to that. Please do better in your product production so other customers don't have to go through this hassel like me.

This pool stinks

We bought this a couple weeks. It has collapsed twice for no reason. It’s going back.

Great starter pool

We bought this not expecting much and it is our second year now with this pool. Super easy setup. Absolutely no complaints aside from the fact that 13 feet doesn’t seem to be a standard pool size so it can be a bit challenging finding compatible and affordable covers/solar covers.

3 days wasted

I bought this pool 4 days ago. Had a 3 day weekend so we figured it was a great time to get pool up and filled. Well Saturday we selected a spot in our yard, got the "pool" out and filled, going great at half way filled we noticed the inflatable top ring was sinking on one side. We drained it, took a few more hours.

Garbage

Waste of money. So it collapses easily. Set it up. Got it level. Yet it still collapses and you lose half the dang water. I threw it in the trash cause of course no returns.

Move along, not worth the headache

Don’t buy, ordered early to get a pool before gone this year. Have filled it 3time so far. Lasts about 12-18 hours and then empties. We have adjusted each time. Have had this telcos in the past and not had a problem. This one is crap.

Cant fill pool as your supposed too.

The side walls and top ring are not stong enough to hold the water. Im very upset that I cant fill the pool like it should. Im only fill enough for the pump to work because the top ring does not want to keep air, therefore the water goes out, side walls fall down!!!

Would recommend. Frustrating Assembly.

Overall we are happy with this purchase. There were a few minor inconveniences which is why I gave it only 4 stars.

Its okay.

I have the 15x42. It is about thigh deep and Im 5foot5. The caps on the inside keep coming off. The filter pump is not strong enough at all. Its pretty big though. We had fun.
