Wish I could give zero stars

This pool is complete garbage. First off it came with a smaller pump than all the 10' pools do. Good thing I had backup pumps. If that was all it would be fine. No big deal. But...we leveled the area and got the pool set up and within DAYS it started changing shape. 3 of the sides have stretched to the point that this pool is no longer round but completely oval. Because of that most of the pool is 14" deep and it's completely unlevel on its own! It got even worse... The valve on the ring won't hold air and its leaking all the time and we can't keep it full. This was a complete waste of money. I'll never buy Bestway again.

great little pool ,great price, nice little filter. we're not swimmers just needed a cool off pool for the dog days in upstate NY.

Missing pool cover

We bought this pool earlier this week and set it up. It was somewhat fast and easy to do. Later that night we went to put the cover on, and it wasn't in the box. We looked everywhere for it, and it was not included in the box. Dissatisfied at the fact the pool cover was missing.

pool leaks. poor design.

There are intentional cut outs stamped all around the bottom of the pool. I have NEVER seen anything like it and ive been buying these pools for 20 years. Now it leaks from underneath. No way to find the keak to gix it unless we empty it. And its too late to return. Don't buy this pool.

BestWay 12' fast set pool

Worst pool ever. It leaked like a sieve. We had to return it. The blow up rim, also, leaked. Had to fill it constantly. We never even had a chance to use the pool. Had to pack it up and return it.
