Pump broke in less than 2 weeks

I've had this spa less than 3 weeks, used a handful of times. It won't hold temp and beeps incessantly and gives an E02 error. After troubleshooting and even draining, still does it. Been trying to reach customer service for 2 days they don't call back, phone number just hangs up and they won't answer at all. Will be returning to store and filing better business bureau claim. $500 and it should last longer than a few weeks. Needs a way to contact someone for help and support. Can't even redeem a warranty because they won't answer.

I have tried numerous times to get a hold of somebody via email in regards to this hot tub. I have had it for a couple years but now the seam at the top keeps having holes… Tiny little holes and almost every day I have to patch a hole there like pin holes because the hot tub keeps depleting. Nobody has returned an email or a call to me. Very disappointing

We bought ours a year ago and love it. We are older so it helps with aches and pains.

Massage system air pump quit

We bought this less then a year ago. Used 3 months then stored for winter. We put back up over Memorial Day 2023 to find that the air pump has now quit working. We have had Bestway products for over 6 years with no problems until now. Just happen to get a faulty one. Now to figure out what to do. The rest of it works great.

a great way to end the day

love my new spa; slight hiccup setting it up since there were no written instructions (only pictures) and i had never dealt with one before but the internet came to the resuce. not really a 4-person spa unless everyone is child-sized but perfect for 1 or 2 adults. would have been nice if it had come with a couple of chlorine tabs but once again the internet solved the problem and i added a splash of chlorine bleach to kill off anything. my electric meter is spinning like a top keeping it warm but after a hard day of manual labor it sure soothes away the body aches.

My wife and I got this spa in December - The instructions were clear and the setup (minus adding the water) took about twenty minutes - Very user friendly!

Saluspar Hot Tub

Great bang for the buck. Have really enjoyed watching the moonrise,stars and Geminid meteor showers the past 4 months from the tub. I super insulated mine with Space Blanket varieties and rigid foam base and cover. The factory cover is not waterproof and lets in moisture. Goes thru a filter every 2-3 weeks. When it’s dirty the pump shuts off so it needs constant checking in the winter so it doesn’t freeze. Still overall we love ❤️ it.

We got this about 3 months ago and I have spent time in the spa tub just about everyday since then. My fiance and I have actually I guess you can say rekindled our love for each other because we get to spend time together in our spa now. We have made it a routine thing now after putting kiddos in bed. I have also noticed less backaches and miagraines since using the spa and that right there is a for sure winner without doubt. I completely recommend and of the spa tubs depending on size preference.

When I received the hot tub it was super easy to assemble. I followed instructions and they were easy to follow. Once put together we were able to use it. I love that I don’t fill it all the way and my kids can use it as well. I love the filter To
