Comfortable and relaxing! It has withstood the Canadian climate for a whole year now. The only issue has been the cover has ripped in two spots so I recommend to have two people pull up from the two sides carefully as opposed to pulling up the part by the motor.

I have to say this is a nice hot tub with lots of room to move around, and lots of bubbly relaxation. It was no problem to set up and the next day it was all warmed up and so far I love it. A good price and great alternative to a high priced one. Thanks wayfair.

Lightweight with great features

Just used it for the first time. I can't believe how strong bubbles are was so relaxed that didnot want to move. Great sturdy material very well equipped. Only draw back top cover very heavy for one person.

Easy to set up; slow, slow, slow to warm up to 104 degrees.

Bought this in December and the heater is dead already.

Works Great

I've own mine for 3 years now and it works great. I used it to help recover from shoulder surgery and continue to use it for relaxation. I had a motor problem within the first year and it was replaced fast under warranty. They provided excellent customer service to me.

Works great for max of four. Bought some accessories like decking surround that make it look much nicer than the price. Filters pump etc all keep it pretty easy to maintain. Very happy with the purchase.

Intex Purespa

Purchased on May 21, 2024 and unit went out in August Still trying to get pump replaced have filed claim through Intex and it's been a week and still haven't received new pump. It is still under manufactor warranity.

Don’t buy

It leaks. What more can I say? Bought in March and has leaked from underneath since day one.

Easy to blow up and fill. Bubble action is very good. Filters clog quickly, so have to clean hot tub regularly with a small pool net. The light does not work. Overall it’s been very enjoyable and relaxing to use.

Don’t buy

Bought 6 person spa 18 months ago. The cover dried out and cracked. The control panel stopped working and is no longer available. All garbage

Temperature regulation

Water temperature drops significantly overnight without the heater running at all times despite the air temperature at 90+. Cost to heat too much for us to expend.

More Than I Imagined

When the hot tub claims to fit six, you know they are talking about children. This is a great size, it may not fit six adults, but I do not feel crowded.

Not what I expected

We were so excited to get this blow-up, Spa. but when we assembled it and put air in it, fill it up with water we were disappointed. first, it never got hot. Second, when I got into it, I felt like I had to hold on for dear life. When I moved, I felt like I was floating and wasn't very comfortable, not to mention it was hard to get into. Third, the headrest wouldn't stay in place. We decided to go ahead and order the seat accessories, but it is still the same problem. We did order the better headrests we can adjust the air to our comfort hopefully that works. but we still might have the same issue. it seems that it was harder to deal with this spa than the problem I'm having and got the spa in the first place I know we can not return this product. We have already opened it and used it. this was a total waste!

Installing was easy, we are now waiting for it to heat up
