bought this to replace a Saluspa Hawaii and wish I'd bought this first. I have a corner in my basement it fits perfect for. Holds temp pretty well and jets are plenty. A+

deflated less than one week after initial set up

deflated less than one week after initial set up and after having sat in it only twice. I had even bought an extended warranty but can only get the run around and no one will help file a claim or help refund or return it. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM WALMART. RIP-OFF ARTISTS!!

Received the item and inflated it then filled with water. Added the chemicals. Excited to use it the following day. When I went to go use it, it was very deflated. Thank goodness I caught it before the water leaked out in my house. Contacted Wayfair and said that they need to contact the manufacturer. Got a message from the manufacturer that only said, "Thank you for reaching out, are you able to find the leak?" I did not, but if I did find the leak, I wouldn't patch an item that was supposed to be brand new.

Really enjoying this! Super easy set up. The only thing I'm finding so far is that it is a bit one sided lobsided but not a huge deal. A little bit of a visual distraction for me but no ones seems to notice it. Keeps the heat and is great for my height at 5'11".

I purchased this got tub to help my fibromyalgia. I have been using it once a day and I’ve found it to be great for this purpose. Lots of relaxing bubbles and very easy to take care of. Gets nice and hot.

It almost killed me!

i almost got electrocuted. pump allowed electricity to pass into the tub thus giving me a slight tingling feeling. my dog came up and got shocked when i went to pet her. it scared me enough to jump fully out and land without any contact on both land and tub at the same time. i went and got a 120v meter and it lit up 5' away from this tub. i threw it in the trash imediatly after draining it. only 2 years old.

Only get one-star bc have to give one. Horrible quality, flimsy, pure junk. Customer service was not the best either. Would not give refund on neck rests until I threatened them with the Attorney General and BBB running a scam. Why in the world would I keep those and return tub. My son has one and is just as bad and you will not accept return.

Customer service is not helpful. The air plug that screws in after you inflate the tub is not attached with a tether like other spas. I called to find out the thread size do I could get a replacement plug, the plug is recessed into the tub so it is difficult to get an accurate measurement. They could not give me the answer but offered to sell me one for $15. A plastic plug for $15! Decided not to waste anymore money on it because it has several other problems including the heater and pump.

Aleko 2 person inflatable spa

I was very skeptical about this product due to buying other inflatable items, however this company and hot tub are Legit! I set it up seriously in like 5 minutes. Im not the most "handy" person in the world, it was that easy. Exactly like the you tube video shows. Im figuring out the heating part because I didn't realize it takes a long time to heat... the company is extremely nice and helpful for questions or issues. I'll write a second review with pictures once it's heated and I've used it so the readers have more info. So far so AMAZING!

Great for small space

It been a few months and it’s been working great we keep ours at 100 and it’s plenty hot the filter when it get dirty I just wash it out with the garden hose and that get it pretty clean. I use a small chem floater and the keep it closed up almost all the way except the two holes on the bottom I set mine up on 2” hard foam boards from the hardware store that keeps it insulated and protected. I did unconnect the drain tube from the holder because it seemed it was getting too tight and pulled on the tube and the drain port. It’s just big enough for two adults and two small kids

Great tub

This is set up outside in an enclosed space on a patio. The hot tub heats well once going, I recommend filling with hot water if you want it to get hot faster- once hot. It’s remained hot in our over night lows of 40. It weighs approximately 1200lbs when full- so truly princess and the pea. The bubbler works great. The cover works well and can lock. Ours did not come with patch glue. Chemicals are hard to balance at first. Take your time.

Value for money

So far so good. Bubbles were much more powerful than expected. As expected our screen porch concrete floor is slanted away from the building for drainage and that does make the spa a bit unlevel. However, it does not affect operation. We'll see how it lasts. We will spring for a real spa if this one gets enough use, but at this price point it's great to test for site and desired features.

I bought ALEKO 2 person inflatable hot tub. The heater did not work. Wayfair sent a replacement and after one use the filter change function initiated a change of filter after which the heater would not work. No reply from Wayfair or ALEKO support. Lots of time and effort to gain benefits from a hottub and $700 wasted. I would stay away from ALEKO hot tubs and not considered purchasing one from Wayfair as they have dropped the ball.

The heating system stopped working after two months. Luckily Aleko has a great warranty and they replaced it no problem. The new hot tub stopped working after about a week and they refunded me. However I never got my refund for the shipping so I was out several hundred dollars. Do not buy this hot tub unless you want to throw away money. The customer service rep at aleko admitted to me that this is a common problem

QUESTION: I want to put this on a separate power timer that shuts off the AC power during certain times so that I can avoid paying the peak power rate set by my local utility, between 5 and 8 p.m. However, when the power returns to the circuit (in the evening, or during a second cycle starting at 5 a.m.) , the hot tub does not automatically start working — I have to manually press the filter and heater button each time. That makes it impossible to auto-start before I awake in the morning. Is there any way to set it up so that it resumes the filter and heater without pressing those buttons when the power comes back on, or is the default-off behavior hard-coded into the electronics? Very happy with the product in all other respects. Thanks.

Update : 3 months later it's working great ! Love this product . Working well for me . There were alot of bad reviews but all I can say is so far its worked well. It took about 20 mins to set up very easy. It took 30 hours to get water to temp 104 from starting temp 57. One thing is it shuts off the bubbles after 20 mins. To restart quickly unplug and plug back in. Using it in 45 degree weather it loses warmth fairly quickly. The bubbles are great and it has been everything I expected for the price. One thing I had a very difficult time figuring out how to empty . I finally deflated it. I needed to change out the water because my spa tabs were delayed. I have had a coleman and this is a little cheaper quality but easier to set up. For the price I am very happy

It was ok - but I was disappointed in the fact that there is no cushion to sit on in the bottom and was not expecting jets to be little pin holes in the vinyl all along the bottom. Just not what I thought it was going to be. It worked out better as a little swimming pool for a friend of mines kids when they visited. It takes was too long to heat up as well. Also, after the season - the heater no longer works. I ended up giving it away to someone who might be able to fix it or suggested when they use it - to fill with hot tap water. Not good!!! I bought this for my birthday gift to myself when my vacation got cancelled due to Covid. It was delivered on time, lasted about a month and deflated. I looked and looked for a leak using the spray soapy water method and couldn't find one.

Pleasant surprise

I was hesitant to order an inflatable spa, but ALL the acrylic spas were sold out everywhere during the “shut down”. This spa is amazing. Such a pleasant surprise. The jets are strong and have good placement. It took about 24 hours to heat it to 100 degrees, but once it got to temp, it was efficient. I use bromine and the spa stays clean. I use it ever day, and it does not leak or deflate.
