Skeptical at first but pleasantly Surprised.

I could not believe how easy this was to set up and and get it operational. I unpacked the tub and plug it in, followed the instructions and it inflated in less than 10 minutes. I added water and set the temperature and was good to go in a few hours. Excellent quality and absolutely a great ingenious product.

I like this product, easy to use.

It was easy to set up but learned a few things - when the instructions say dedicated plug in and dont use an extension cord then DO NOT use extension cord. We screwed up the motor/ power supply and could not get consistent power to the unit and it finally quit working. For us this was actually too large to manage , should have gotten a smaller size and the white vinyl lining was impossible to keep clean. It was well made and instructions were good, all pieces were included. It was a little tall to get in and out without rail or step if you are aging or not long legged.

Would not Recommend

This item was great while it worked. Unfortunately, within two weeks it stopped working. The way the motor and tubing for the bubbles is built inside cannot withstand the weight of the water overtime and so the tube collapses and you get no bubbles. It also takes a very long time to heat up so you have to plan ahead to use it

Quality is top!

Really nice hot tub. So far so good. Set up was a breeze. Great price, cheaper than direct from manufacturer and delivery was really fast. Happy with purchase. Update- after about a year it developed a tiny hole along one of the seems towards the bottom that was impossible to patch. Tried everything from pool patches to vinyl patched, even gorilla tape. Nothing worked. Leaving at 3 stars because we thoroughly enjoyed it while we had it but sadly we had to throw it away.

I had two (returned first) and it leaked. I got a refund for the second (which also had problems and I threw it away). Both failed shortly after purchase. I wouldn't recommend.

This was just right for what we wanted!

Heater bad

Not recommend this product. Bought last april didn't get my deck done to thos year. Hot tub inside out of weather. Set it up for 2 momths now for the first time, heater already quit working. Reviews for this brand shows heater goes bad after a few months.Wish I had read reviews before purchase.

It was very easy to set up and looks good. Is a nice addition to my backyard but it doesn’t heat as well as I works like. *update*. I put it up again this year. After about a month the heater started with problems. First it was heating too hot and the thermostat was all over the place. Registering at 125 and then minutes later down to 108. It obviously wasn’t really having those temperature swings, but it was hotter than it should have been. Now the heater is not working at all. From my research this is a very common problem and the replacement of the heater looks more involved than I can do myself. I would not waste this much money again on something that doesn’t last more than a year.

Don't waste your money

Got one a little over a year ago, at 10 months it stopped heating, they did send me a new one but it only lasted 3 months before it started randomly changing temperature and went up to 116 degrees. they would not replace as they original tub warranty was over at 1 year. they are not designed to last more than a few months
