I honestly have nothing bad to say for this price point. Though the cover is already scratched on the inside, everything else is fab. I use it everyday. Neighbours love it. Delivery was great. Easy to get into place with a couple friends and easy to fill. Hopefully it lasts a good number of seasons!

I have had this Spa since last February 2024 and my, husband and I and my family and friends who come over to use all it love it! I had been considering buying it before I sustained multiple injuries when I took a bad fall, but after the “fall” I finally bought it to help with the pain, and it really helps! But it is also relaxing and it is so pretty with the colored lights, and the waterfall and the corner design makes it very aesthetically pleasing-it doesn’t look like a big square box, instead it complements my outdoor furniture and sits in a corner nicely very well. I couldn’t be happier with it.

This is a very Nice Compact corner hot tub. We filled it up the day we got it and used it that night. It did come with a trim piece broke so we are waiting for a replacement piece but other then that it is plug and play and ready to go! We have had 3 hot tubs and this is on par for price. Its not smooth like a higher end fiberglass but its not super rough, kinda like a milk jug but doable. It holds heat well, like for hours!

There was NO showroom version of this product, to put my hands on, before buying. REALLY?? I bought it with only the smallest of online pics to go by. Understand that the product was top notch, but I'm not always that lucky in life. Don't expect other possible customers to be so trusting and turn it down.

My wife and I are empty nesters. We've been looking for a good quality spa, just for us, and within a specific price range. Something small and easy to maintain. We'd been looking for about 2 years, when Wayfair had this AWESOME special on this tub. We snagged it up!

The hot tub has not been started yet but up to this point I am impressed with Wayfair and it's customer service people. The hot tub appears to be good quality and was delivered on time by two competent men. I did notice however that the instruction manual says not to turn it on its side but that is how it was packed for delivery. I do not see any damage but I did want to make a note of this point.

We were quite pleased with the quality and look of the hot tub. We have had larger fiber glass lined hot tubs before but wanted to be able to have it on our deck and not take up the entire deck and this type greatly reduced the cost. Generally one person will use it often but there are two deep seats and one bench, that can easily fit a third or a small child or two on occasion. The exterior of the tub really improves the look of this type of hot tub (plug and play). Having had other hot tubs, we also appreciated the slight slope of the hot tub cover, which will allow water to roll off and not pool on top and this will extend the life of the cover considerably. Attached pictures of it empty intentionally because we had trouble seeing the seats inside. Hired a couple of high school kids to help us put it exactly in place. Delivery men placed it in a great place for us.

Overall, My wife and I are very pleased with the spa. I realize it is a Plug n Play model so the extended time it takes to reach 100 degrees can be a very long wait unless you are willing to keep the temp up continuously. The first thing I did was to build an auxiliary passive solar water heater...now on a sunny day I can keep the water at 100 degrees without having to run the spa.

The tub is a basic model and works. It looks great on the patio. This is not a luxury tub but works for its purpose. The inner tub surface could use some work as it is rough and scratchy to sit on, not smooth on the skin like higher quality tubs. It also does not maintain its temperature as well as higher quality tubs. But it works acceptably for the type of tub it is.

The one you NEED, nothing more nothing less!

The LS100 has been on my eye almost 6 years now when I first owned an inflatable hot tub. I did many many days and weeks of research at that time (and again and again over the years) and it kept leading back to the LS100 (in this price range). The key thing to know is this is produced by Watkins brand. Watkins owns the major US hot tub brands including many premium brands. This hot tub is made in **** meaning parts are available readily and you can speak to people who can help easily. The rotomolded hot tub is awesome, super robust and light weight, plus no worries about scratches! This hot tub is barebones everything you need and nothing more. 13 properly powerful jets spread amongst 4 unique seating positions, each with a different offering of jet locations and types. The filter is easy to access, the light is powerful, and the screen/button panel is super simple, again everything you need to enjoy a hot tub after a long day but nothing more, not even cupholders or a flat ledge to set a phone! At 205 gallons and myself being 6’2” with my 5’7” these seats sit DEEP! I was worried about that originally. As far as fitting 4 people in here, we do actually quiet often! Do feet touch occasionally and do you have to be cognizant of your space (not stretching out), yes! But amongst family and friends in our mid 20’s that is fine! If you need to seat 4 people in this every day, keep shopping, look for 260 plus gallon size. Delivery and experience so far! I order on May 12th and took delivery on June 26th, about 7ish weeks. It is delivered standing vertically on an oversized pallet with the cover shipped separately in a box affixed to that pallet. As many other review allude to they drop it curbside. For me the backed down my driveway to get it close to where I needed it. It is surprisingly lightweight ~250lbs, 4 of us lifted it from the pallet to the hot tub pad with no issues. In the months since we have readjusted the grading of the gravel pad and my girlfriend and I can easily stand it upright when empty to do so. Ownership so far. It has been in daily operation for 3 months. It is fantastic at always being at the set temperature. We use it daily, love all of its features mentioned above and we long for nothing more. We often talk about how we could have spent more but the conversation quickly ends with… yeah I guess, but on what? This does everything we want it to! Our only gripe has been no cupholders which we solved easily. Upkeep. The access cabinet is easy to open with 4 screws, it is cleanly laid out with access to all components and even the LED light bulb (from the back side to be replaced with the tub full!) Your plumbing is not accessible as it is a foam filled hot tub. It is very efficient, using about $15-25 a month in electricity, being 110V it runs off a normal outlet. If you have been looking at this tub, you are in the right place… just do it. Be aware prices fluctuate tremendously. In 2023 the going fair market price is about $*. I have seen it as low as $* this year and as high as $*. If you are buying at less then $* you can sleep well and feel good about your purchase in my opinion. If you cant find the right price at the time you are looking, wait a week and check again. Oddly they really do change that much on all of the sites you can purchase them from.

It's a big purchase, so I was nervous... but WOW... I haven't regretted it for a minute. This is a well-made hot tub. The insulation is excellent, and maintains the heat very well with the cover on. Here in Florida, I'll set the temp to 103, and in the morning it's actually at 105! Awesome pump for a spa this size (1HP, most this size only have .5) so it's as intense as you'd want, or easy to dial down the jets with a turn of the knob.

It arrived as described. Easy set up. Has been operating great since delivery. Its been almost a month and we are very pleased. No need for a super expensive Hot Tub and very happy we didnt go that route. This unit is small. It would be laughable to stuff 4 adults in it even though it has 4 seats. All those legs would be eveywhere! Lol. We have been using it for 30 min daily in the evening to melt away the Work Day. We really enjoy it. Good Luck with your purchase and hopefully you'll be as pleased as we are.

Great spa. Comfortable, powerful jets, and roomy. LED lights are fun in the evenings. I looked into spas for 8k from our local dealer but decided that, as a new spa owner, I should try something less expensive first. This one satisfies--no need to upgrade. Had some difficulty getting chemicals balanced in the first week. I recommend the start-up Frog Kit, but be sure to get extra test strips cause it takes some tweaking to get everything right. We also had to run to Wal-mart for Calcium additive as our water is too soft, but we have that dialed in now. Love the spa. Outlet Spas has earned our trust.

Great hot tub for two people. Seems to be well built. Delivery went smooth, drivers helped to move it to the area I was going to permanently install. Water temp went from 69 to 101 in less than 12 hours, which settled my concerns of if the heating method was going to be sufficient. Jets are as powerful as my older previous hot tub. My only concern is how difficult keeping the white mold is going to be. If your hands are even slightly dirty it transfers to the molded body easily. Cleaned up easily with lysol wipes though. So far very pleased and would recommend purchasing however wait till they go on sale for the $2500-$2600 range. Don't pay full price.

Was impressed with the quality. I was disappointed that it was taking so long on the initial turnup however. When I researched how a "Friction Pump" actually heats a tub, I realized I had to put the inspection door back on! (I had it off to inspect for leaks per the instructions). I know now it was losing it's heat. This does not have an actual water heater, and though skeptical, so far it has maintained 104 in a blowing snowstorm (temp was upper 20s). It did lose about 2 degrees after over 30 minutes, but was not noticeable to us at that point. I expect our winters to be much colder here in the Midwest, but feel fairly confident it will maintain 104 because snow is not melting on top of the cover (good insulation on top and sides). In hindsight I may have looked for one with a water heater, but so far I can not complain about the tub!
