A great value with all the features. The lounge seat has jets for your back , thighs, calfs and feet.

I am extremely pleased with my purchase. The price point for this hottub in comparison to some of the dealer ones on the market just cannot be beat. The size is perfect for four adults, and has multiple seating levels for in and our of the water. Our delivery process was smooth and the product was well packaged.

Do not buy

This tub is junk. The design is horrible. Second season of use and I have leaks everywhere. Do not waste your money. I tried to access to find the leaks, and it’s just a big piece of plastic, impossible to fix.

Love how simple this tub is. Arrived safe and sound. Looks great on the patio. Family has enjoyed this hot tub so far. Zero complaints or regrets.

Do not buy from Walmart

If I could give it a negative number I would. Bought the LS550 in December 2023. Installed in January 2024. In July 2024, it was noted that the tub had significant bulging on one side. Contacted Walmart, they only take returns up to three months after purchase. I did buy the protection plan, they want to repair it, no return, only repair or replace. Talked with the manufacture (Watkins), they will replace item, but can’t reimburse due to they did not sell the item. Ultimately, DO NOT buy from Walmart. DO NOT purchase the protection plan.

I’m really pleased with this product. Delivery took weeks but once installed it’s a quiet very comfortable tub with nice lighting.

Worst hot tub out there.

I purchased this one year ago and believe I got a defect. You can’t even touch the side without it staining. I noticed this immediately, left a review and contacted the warranty for a refund and no one returned phone calls or emails. Even if it was a good product I wouldn’t purchase again. Here’s more examples of how it stains and NOTHING will remove it. I would still like a refund and will be speaking out against this company until I hear from them. So unimpressed.

I’m very happy with the purchase, both the hot tub and the overall experience with outlet spas have been great! Their shipping was quick, communication is excellent. When you call them someone actually answers the phone, which is priceless these days! Price is very competitive, and I’m very happy to have gone this route over some significantly more expensive options out there.

Good tub, until it leaks.

This is a great (if basic) tub as far as ease of operation, efficiency, and comfort go. We really loved it for the first 3 years. But now, after 3 years, it is leaking from a jet somewhere and we will probably have to replace it since it is not really designed to for such things to be repaired, as far as we can tell. A 3 year lifespan is sad; I don't think we would try this again.

Was expecting it to be palletized instead it was wrapped in cardboard and plastic. It only affected how I planned to move it, five guys instead of a front end loader. Wired it up and turned the power on and it ran with no issues.

This hot tub is super nice with powerful jets and plenty of room to spread out!

Upon spa's arrival and given its wait of 400 plus pounds, three people with use of furniture dolly easy moved unit to back yard and into position. The electrical hookup and operating instructions were easy to follow. The quality and design exceeded expectations. We enjoy relaxing in our spa daily ?

I have a new love in my life

Seriously, I love this tub. Disclaimer: She is my first, but, I have dipped my toes in a tub or two. The price is a steal. There's a gritty texture to the tub that some may not like, but I appreciate, because it holds you from sliding around when the jets are on.

Get the larger one for the same price

It’s been a great hot tub. The seating arrangement with the lounger is kind of weird. You can basically only turn the jets on one side at a time. You can leave the selector valve in the 1/2 position witch basically gets you one half the strength in both sides. The only reason I don’t recommend is because I wish I would have gotten the bigger one and hopefully you the jets would be different

It came with the side caved in and I had to keep arguing to get some money back for keeping it. I had already paid an electrictrion to wire it 220 and then saw that the side where the filter is was curved in instead of out love the.reat of the tub. Super disappointed but in to deep to return. I had to pay $250 to have someone deliver it from the road to the.deck
