Arrived in perfect shape. Hot tub is exactly as ordered,we are extremely pleased with our new hot tub.

Worst purchase I have ever made! Delivery was delayed by almost two weeks from its original delivery date and then the tub did not work once in place. After spending over $1000 getting it set in place and the tub did not work. I would strongly recommend saving your money on this one! I would not even give it 1 star, however it makes you pick one!

It is WONDERFUL, I relax in it every day. The only problem I had was with the delivery. They didn't put it where I requested it to be put. I asked them when they dropped it off if they were going to put it where I requested it to be put. They looked at each other turned and got in the truck and left. Never even answered me. Kind of upsetting and rude. The tub is great just not the delivery guys...........

Easy to move and install, easy delivery

This is my first hot tub. Delivery was very easy, and it was easy to install with just two people. The tub is much lighter than you would expect. A simple trailer can move it pretty easily.

Great Family Spa

We had been looking for months for a Jacuzzi and saving our money. Seeking one in about the $5000 range. After studying many different articles and going to a few spa sellers, we decided that we needed to get one with stainless steel jets. This Jacuzzi has gone above and beyond anything that we had exoected, we are grateful that we spent the extra money. We’ve had such a great family time in this Jacuzzi! The delivery was a little concerning but my husband used furniture floor dollies to move it to the backyard. We had three other men help us lift it onto the elevated wooden patio. The Jacuzzi has three water message settings and stereo system which wasn’t mentioned. Learning the different chemicals was a little difficult at first but we are very happy with the purchase!
