So far, so good.

So far, (about a week in) the hot tub is great. Very simple set-up, and has worked flawlessly since. Seems to be made fairly well and I feel it was a good value. As far as longevity, warranty, customer service, etc, I have not needed to encounter. (12x16 deck/gazebo in pics)

I less than 10 min the temperature will drop 5° its summer so what will it be like in the winter months not happy at all

Dont waste your time and money, not worth it

It only lasted a few months. Power unit went down first and then a very large hole where the pipe went in. No way to fix it, just had to throw it all away. No help at all from the seller.

One great hot tub!

This is one great hot tub. It is very sturdy and was easy to assemble. It is very roomy and sometimes we turn off the jets and just float. Very pleased with this purchase.

This would be the third one that I have bought in 8 years. that is because after havi g the four person i wanted the dix person. That's how good they last. It's a much better investment than a full-on hot tub. And they work.

Worked good for 2 weeks- now not hearing past 97

I can’t seem to get a response to any messages for help! Very frustrated. My hot tub is only less than month old.

Leaked after 2 weeks

Worked fine for 2 weeks, then started leaking from inside the pump. Returned.

The pump worked to fill air but after I filled spa with water and chem and turned on pump it wouldn’t work and no phone %23 to call

We just got our new Coleman Sicily Saluspa set up. We could not have figured it all out without help. Our friend has a spa already and new how to set up the motor, filter and run the pump. He also knew what we needed to keep the water balanced and clear. So far we absolutely love it! It was at 102° the following morning! 180 jets are nice! Very comfortable bottom and the cover helps maintain the heat very well. Easy to get in and out of! Attractive and sits beautifully in the area of our covered and screened Lanai where we wanted it. Love, Love, Love!
