False advertising! One filter not two!!!

The advertising is misleading as it only comes with one not two filters !!!! I called bestwayusa and they said it only comes with one not two and did nothing about it. Also, I tried to register the warranty and the company knows that it's website doesn't allow you to . You get an error code and therefore cannot extend the warranty. What a joke ! I called and I was told a supervisor from bestway USA would get back to me but they lied!! This only comes with a 6 month warranty on tub and year on filter part.

So far so good. My husband absolutely loves his bday gift works amazing very easy setup user friendly.

What can I say it’s perfect. It’s very pretty just holds two people easy installation easy care and I give it five stars. The only drawback were the instructions. Could’ve been a little clearer. Once you match the parts to the pictures. It was an easy set up.

[Rewarded Review] A lot of Bang for your Buck

I am very pleased with this purchase. Directions could have been a little clearer, but it's 2024 so You Tube it is. It was at full heat within 12 hours of it's 30 minute set up. We were 2 people but I mostly watched the video and said do this. So basically my husband set it up in 30 minutes by himself. It's very sturdy and we have been in and out of it twice a day for a week now. No issues. We are figuring it should last about a year in the Florida Sun so if we get any longer out of it we will be ecstatic. At $500. we consider it a lot of Bang for our Buck. If it last a year or longer we will definitely be buying another. Figure the hard spas cost 4-5K and last 8-10 years but look like crap starting around year 2-3. You have to replace the covers every couple years and the cover for one of those spas alone cost as much as this entire spa with a cover. Even if you have to replace every year the cost will be about the same after 10 years except you don't have to spend it all at once and you won't have an eye sore that hardly gets used because it don't look pretty.

[Rewarded Review] Super easy plug and play (soak) hot tub!!

This newer model has several design features that are an improvement over my previous saluspa hot tub. This is easier to set up and easier to drain. All in all it’s pretty quick and took less than a day to get up to 104. During the hottest days of summer, I actually keep it at about 90 - cool enough to be refreshing but warm enough to sit in for hours!!

Oh my goodness wish I had brought this sooner! Love love love this! Pretty easy to put together for one person. I found the videos online more helpful then the included written instructions. Love the print on this as well, looks so cute on the deck!

We’ve had it for a couple of weeks now. I am enjoying it! I’m a little disappointed the intensity of the bubbles is not adjustable but that was an oversight on my part. A lot of the time I will just soak. For the money, I have no regrets so far. Great addition to our outdoor space.

Like it! The pattern is more subtle than I thought which is a good thing for me.

Make sure you follow the directions on page 9. The assembly went well and all parts were there. It took me more time to install the GFI outlet than the spa assembly. The workmanship was very nice and with proper care you will get your moneys worth as it works well.

I just unpacked the box so I’ll leave review after it gets set up

My rating is 4.5 stars. I wish it had better instructions in regards to assembly and maintaining proper pH, etc. levels. Love the size, the price and the bubbling luxurious experience when I submerge myself in it.
