I want to know if the jacuzzi has guarantees because it is a hole, I have to pay for it for 2 years

so far I'll only give 2 stars as what I've noticed is, when the cover is off the temp doesnt get above 98%. And it didn't come with the lights it was supposed to!!. Ill be reaching out to customer service tomorrow but i expect them to ship them promptly. very disappointing not having them now.
