This is a great value hot tub. The jets are very powerful, the tub is spacious enough for 4 adults, or maybe 5-6 if a couple of them were kids. It has an attractive design and 4 cupholders and a cool LED light for nights. Its easy to work, although a little confusing as to which of the knobs add air/power to which jets, but you'll figure it out after a few usages. I read a few reviews complaining about the texture of the tub or the thinness of it. After using it for a week or so, I honestly think the texture is exactly the perfect design it. Its enough to keep you from slipping when standing on it, but it doesn't hurt or feel rough. And I've not felt any give in the hot tub when standing up or walking on it as some others have mentioned.

Ordering a hot tub over the internet can be scary but after my order with Lifesmart I would recommend this company to anyone. The hot tub arrived at my home in perfect condition. The installation was as easy as I've seen for a hot tub. Once installed it worked perfectly. The price was very reasonable for a hot tub of this size. I love it. Thanks Lifesmart

Hot tub jets are great, very powerful. The inside of the tub surface is a little rough, not what I’m used to. So far I’m loving it, it’s only been hooked up for a few days. still trying to figure it out.

I bought this one because of the lounge configuration. But...I hate it. It's not a lounge chair at all! It sits up too straight and basically your feet extend out. Not like a recliner at all....like my last hot tub. The picture is deceiving and hard to discern. Not happy with this purchase. I considered sending it back, but I destroyed all the packing materials before I actually got to use it, so I didn't know if I could. And...I was disappointed to find out that it was made in Mexico. And it is leaking water. They say that is normal sometimes after shipping. The owners manual says "Just fix it yourself!' Well...I don't own a 5" pipe wrench!!. Nor do I want to go purchase one for this one issue! Why don't they safety wire the coupling if they are prone to leak after shipping?

Hot tub arrived about 10 days earlier than projected. Hot tub was loaded on its side on a pallet. Only complaint is the pallet should have been more heavy duty because it was broken in a couple of places by the time it was unloaded. Anyway, no harm it was set in place on back patio unharmed. Haven’t hooked it up to electric yet, but looking forward to using it this fall.

The shipping time was less than expected at 3 weeks. The product arrived safely and the delivery men even placed the hot tub in my backyard where it was suppose to be set. Thank you. The quality of the hot tub is fine and it works perfectly. Have been using it for the past week and everything works as expected. No leaks and the jets are powerful. Good buy for the money which was only about $3800.

It arrived within the window they estimated. But paid for backyard delivery and all they came with was a pallet jack. The measurements of the pallet was 42x84 my gate is 43 inches wide. But the way the pallet was made was only to pull it from the 84 inch side. I don’t know too many houses with a gate that is 84 inches wide nor do I see to many houses with a concrete path all the way around the house to the back patio so the pallet jack would be possible to use. Then they said they would have to send another crew out with what they called a sled to get it to my backyard. Only issue is it’s Saturday and I have the electrician set up to hook it up Tuesday morning and have already rescheduled them once so I needed it in place in my backyard by Monday and they were unable to get that set up within that time frame. So Wayfair gave me a fair refund if I would let them drop. It off in my side yard and find someone myself to move it. So I accepted and luckily found someone to move it on Monday for a fair price. It’s now Sunday so it’s not hooked up or even in place yet but would say that I was treated fairly by Wayfair and I’m sure I will love the hot tub once everything works out.

Product might arrive with stains on the light porous tub. Other than the stains that I can’t overlook, the product works great and delivery team was excellent.

Family is really enjoying our first spa. Product arrived just as described and ordered. Delivery communication was excellent. Our spa arrived earlier than initially predicted and luckily we were able to be ready. Instructions for setup that came with and were sent with pre-delivery materials were helpful. Working great so far. Using it multiple times each week. Very Happy with the order process, the delivery and with this Lifesmart Spa.

Delivery was great - on the early side of the range. The hit tub itself is amazing. Very comfortable - especially the lounger. Controls are relatively straightforward, and respond quickly. Highly recommend!

The only thing we don't really care for is the interior surface. It a gritty white plastic, not a smooth fiberglass surface. Cleaning it is a bit more work. The white shows staining. The jets are amazing and powerful for excellent relaxation. We recommend thoroughly cleaning interior before filling as we had to refill 3 times to eliminate a biofilm that most likely came from the factory. Shipping and delivery went perfectly, just as they explained it.

not happy with the quality. the connections to hook up wires for 220 are poor quality direct to circuit board and are to small for gauge of wire needed. threads on pump chipped. outer panels came with cracks and chips.

Do not buy, it leaks and warranty is non-existent

Purchased the spa, installed, leaks on one side, cannot be repaired as the parts are behind a foam wall. Was promised new spa 3 months ago, their warranty department has excuse after excuse. Last I was told is that the new order for my replacement is not even in the system. 5k in and I have yet to use the spa. I have to pay electrician twice now. DO NOT BUY from this manufacturer!

Love this hot tub!! Set up was easy and the customer hot line is wonderful. I needed to call to just help me get the chemicals balanced. Love this hot tub!

Totally love it. Have had it for about a year with no problems. Pamphlet comes with instructions on maintenance. Do think about which direction you want it to face, because two seats are the best and you want them facing the best view. 

Very pleased with the overall appearance of both the tub and the exterior. The vertical wall at the head on the lounge could be sloped like the other two positions on the right to improve comfort. Built in pillows would also add to the comfort. There doesn’t appear to be any adjustment by the main diverter valve on the position to the direct right of the lounge. A hissing sound is also heard on this same position when the air is shut off. This is not an issue on the other two air valves. The use of full foam under the tub does improve in noise reduction and energy use compared to my last unit. We would recommend this tub purchase to friends if the above issues were addressed.

We bought it and love it. The folks that delivered it were very accommodating. However we had it for 14 months then sprung a leak. Very disappointing

So far, so great! I was really worried about ordering a hot tub online, but the experience with Wayfair far exceeded my expectations. The backyard delivery option was a life saver. The hot tub was well packaged for shipping. We saved thousands by purchasing with Wayfair instead of the overpriced local spa businesses. Everything is working perfectly, no leaks, jets are great, heat is great!

Great tub for the price

Tub came 2 weeks earlier than expected, which was nice. Got everything hooked up and filled tub. Followed start up procedures. Pump started smoking. Tripped the breaker. Found a kink in the house that fed the pump. Contacted customer service, explained what happened and sent photo. They had a new up sent 2 day air. Great people. Great tub. Would recommend to anyone
