Perfect! Just what we wanted!

It was so easy to set up. Just filled it with a garden hose and plugged it in to a 110 outlet. The electric cord is bound up underneath the tub. You can access it through the maintenance panel. It extends to about six feet. The tub took about 16 hours initially to heat the water to 104 degrees. We have a gravel driveway so the semi truck driver backed right in and delivered right to our patio where we wanted it. They won’t drive onto concrete or blacktop due to the potential of damaging them. Even if you order it from Lowe’s, they still deliver it on an 18-wheeler. Two strong adults can move it into position. The driver cannot help with that either. Two large adults fit comfortably in the hot tub which is all we needed. We love it!

I absolutely love it. Was up to temperature in a day and a half. The underwater lights are beautiful. Love the different colors. I put it in my outdoor screenhouse. Great quality and great price also.

Delivery was fast and Setup was easy. The fact that it charges on a 110 outlet is super convenient. The jets are not as strong as what you would experience on a 220 volt tub, but the pressure is strong enough for my needs. My kids love the mood lights. Make sure to build a solid gravel base for support Overall we are very happy with this purchase.

we waited to review this spa until we had used it for a few months. we love it! size is perfect for 2 and fits under our covered porch with just enough room to add a lift for the top and a little outdoor table. we haven't really noticed any change to our power bill; credit to the way it's heated. super easy to keep clean. if you would like a small, durable and nice spa then look at this one. from the order process to the delivery to the usage - no complaints at all.

Received it last week. Unfortunately they sent an 18 wheeler into a residential neighborhood. The driver was not happy. We moved the tub into place, filled it with water, and within 18 hours it was up to temperature. We used the box to help slide it across the lawn and concrete to get it close to placement.

A good value overall

For the price, this hot tub is all the two of us need. Simple to set up and operate. Efficient and quiet with low power consumption. The plug end is very large and perpendicular to the prongs, so it won't go into a standard outdoor recessed receptacle. The owner's manual says in bold letters not to use a floater with compressed chlorine but the alternative is high-maintenance: test the water at least twice a week, turn on pump, add chlorine, come back out and turn off the pump after ten minutes.

We have had larger hot tubs with many more jets than this one. But we are thrilled with this hot tub! It is always clean, warm and easy to use bromine. We bought a mini floater for bromine release. We've used granulated scented spa sets, and it's a wonderful relaxing experience! We did purchase a longer cord, also available on Overstock, to hide it behind a little table and reach the outlet! Don't pass these by. They work just like the ones that cost 10 times the amount. Unless you need the extras included in the expensive ones! Oh, the lights are also pretty cool, especially at night! Go ahead, try one. Relax without going broke, and enjoy the ease of setting it up by yourself, no electrician needed! Only negative is our house is on an acre, in the back on the property. There is a driveway that goes up to the back of the house, where we wanted it, then the driveway goes right back out to the road. They refuse to drop it off in the back! So the 2 elderly disabled customers had to move a hot tub, up from the road, where he dropped it off. We moved it all the way to the back of the property and then up 2 steps to the porch. It took over an hour and 3 days recovery! Plan ahead, get help or prepare to do a lot of heavy moving! P.S. We put an 8 x 10ft screened gazebo over it, and it fit perfectly.
