This is one high quality shower arm. Easy to install and 16 inches was the appropriate length for my installation.

This is very nice quality. I would have given it a 5 star, but they don't even include the plate for the wall. Luckily, I had a matching one already, but for the price I would think it would have been included.

Converted a regular shower into a straight down rain shower.

Excellent invention

I am beyond happy these things exist. I wanted a large shower head, but it needed to come out from the wall to look right. Found these and they are perfect! Same brand so the matte black was the same as the shower head, which made it look like it came that way. Excellent quality because this thing handled the weight of a very large shower head with no issues.

Can’t go wrong with Delta products. I could not find a 16” at the store, ordered online and it came in perfectly fine.

The product is as described. Wayfair service and website are terrible. When you view an item there is no mention of it being non returnable. You have to put it in your cart before they tell you that tidbit. If you’re like me, I think the details,like non returnable, are on the main page with the item. No they slip it in later. Done with Wayfair!
