Size too small and no hanger, returned to store no way to hang it on my patio

birds hate this bowl

This bowl had two problems. The edge was too sharp. The other problem is that birds would not use it. The color was pretty. I gave it to a friend to use for flower arrangements.

It's very pretty I didn't expect it to be as deep as it is so I need to get the bracket for it now before I can put it up

shattered in winter

Granted, I should not have left it out but you would think a bird bath would be able to handle freezing.

Threw it away

Too deep and the birds don't like perching on the edge. Tossed it in the trash. :( Two stats for pretty color though.

Fragile but sturdy

A bit expensive for my wild birds taste but this is a lovely bowl. It has a lip all the way around the edge. Fun watching the birds flap all over

Perfect for my flower garden

My new memorial garden needed a bird bath but I wanted to include ground birds, quail and the wild bunnies, so I purchased this bowl. Besides a beautiful blue color, it's been durable all summer in our hot sun. I've seen robins, towhees drinking out of it, heard the quail in that garden and of course the bunnies. It added that pop of color the garden needs until next year when the plant are more established and flowering. Great choice!

one good one busted

I like the design and color of these bird baths but... it is a gamble ordering one. I purchased a red one and a green one to add some sparkle to my garden (plus I have a lot of bird houses). The green one was fine, the red one was in pieces. Packaging for both was the same. If the initial box that the bird bath is packed in from the manufacturer is dropped or mishandled anywhere along the way, it will shatter. The problem is that you can't always tell that it is broken until you start unraveling the packaging material. Over the past 10 months or so I have purchased 4 of these bird baths online and 2 of the were busted. Hayneedle did refund my cost for the broken one but I would of rather had one that wasn't broken. Good luck!
