I couldn’t be happier with my chairs or the service I received. I purchased 2 Rio chairs which I received within 7 days of ordering. When I unpackaged my chairs one of them was very squeaky. I wrote shelterlogic, shared a quick video and within 5 days I received a new chair with no questions asked or any hassle. The chairs are so comfy. I have had 4 knee surgeries and getting up and out of the chairs is a breeze. Best thing is there is no digging or pressure on the back of your legs while u are relaxing. I would 100% order from this company again and I would 100% purchase another Rio beach chair.

Really like this chair as it has 4 different recline positions and isn't too high off the ground. As another reviewer said, it doesn't have the bar across the front of the seat to cut your circulation but it does have the bar at the back and it hits me on the backside so I had to cut and put a fat pool noodle across the bar. Other than that I love the chair. It's a big chair and I'm a small person so it dwarfs me but still comfortable.
