A good choice. Did not want wood seat. Easy to move up and down with little effort.
Terrible customer service and delivery!!!
Though we have yet to install this seat, it appears to be well-made. Unfortunately the shipping nightmares (yes--nightmareS, as we had to have 3 of them shipped at different points) were not worth whatever quality this seat happens to achieve. Build.com did SOME intervening due to the manufacturer's disregard for details, but in the end their response was "there's nothing we can do," "it's not us, it's them." Think twice about dealing with a supplier who takes this stance!
