The wood is beautiful. If you plan to stain it, carefully sand the joined pieces to remove the excess glue that will be obvious of you neglect this step. The wood is soft until treated so be careful of dings. That said, Wayfair is awful. Be sure to MEASURE the actual DOOR. I ordered the 30” and they sent a 28.” The box doesn’t have the size on it so I didn’t know until I was ready to install it, which was past the return window (I only inspected for damage on arrival). So I got stuck with a non-standard size door.
