Lightweight, good performer

If you are looking for a lightweight pan that heats up really quickly, this one is perfect. The non-stick is good. Performs well. The only drawback is that the handle is long. However since it's hollow, it's easy to maneuver.

Such an awesome Italian made saute pan, I love the depth of the pan, and how well it cooks everything. The pan is super lightweight, and it has a much longer handle than a standard saute pan, but I really like that; it’s perfect for tossing food in your pan or if you want to put the pan on a back burner while cooking. The handle can get hot towards the pan, so best to hold it in the middle where the handle is thicker. The pure aluminum body heats up quickly and retains the heat well. Easy to clean, and the nonstick is just simply awesome. Restaurant quality cookware you can use right in your home kitchen.
