Great. I use it most days. Quick to cook or reheat. Cleaning is a breeze. I would recommend it. Great value for money.
Happy so far with my new. Purchase. I use it most days. Very quick cooking and easy to clean. I would recommend to anyone.
Excellent!
I am impressed by your brand of pots. I have used ALL CLAD for years an they are good. But your pots do make my food cook more evenly, with less sticking to the interior. And browning or braising is more defined, resulting in even tastier cooked food. I am extremely satisfied with your products.
Our new best pan
We shopped high and low for this pan and could not be happier. It has become the go-to: We cook fish and chicken, sauté veggies, steam spinach, make sauces. and will be lots trying more. So far all cooks evenly, beautifully in this solid, even pan. Husband, who does a lot of the, prep then cleans up, says the pan is a dream to handle and swiftly make like new.
Love its weight, non-stick surface,
Love its weight, non-stick surface, and size! The lid that can be adjusted to vent is so handy. I won’t buy anything but Swiss Diamond pans!
Love this pan! Things don’t
Love this pan! Things don’t stick, love the high sides! Weight is just right!
Checks ALL the Boxes for a great sautee pan
I did extensive research and review of nonstick sautee pan options to replace the old and worn KitchenAid sautee pan I had that was almost 10 years old and past its prime. From different independent sources online, it kept coming back to Swiss Diamond brand. I am very happy with the features of this pan. Worth the price. Ordering and shipping was seamless.
Excellent pan for all stovetop cooking
The Swiss Diamond XD 5.8 qt Nonstick Saute Pan has the best characteristics of any pan I have used, and is deep enough to prepare a large meal. It cooks evenly and well on low heat, and is easy to clean. I felt confident to give it as a wedding gift when cookware was requested, and it will replace any older cookware as it can be used for frying or any other purpose.
Even cooking through and through
The high walls on this pot are great for making soups with immersion blenders and when making stuffed bell peppers dishes. Stove to oven with ease and for the occasional cornbread as well. It has been a great addition to the collection. It is a breeze to clean as well.
This 5.8 qt nonstick saute
This 5.8 qt nonstick saute pan is a lot bigger than it looks in the pictures. I like to prep meal ingredients in advance. I well then portion them out in containers and freeze them. This pan cooks 3 lbs. Of ground beef easily. Clean up is quick and easy to.
I bought this to replace
I bought this to replace the same pan. I like the tall sides.
Marvelous product
I cannot say enough about how good this cookware is. Even heat. No burning. Food cooks better and tastes better. Rugged design should last a long time. I'm satisfied with the purchase and recommend the product.
Almost perfect pan!
Excellent pan, heavy nonwarping bottom! Browns food wonderfully. Only complaint is minor- support handle (not main handle) is not protected and gets hot..
Love Swiss Diamond Pans
I LOVE Swiss Diamond products!! They are so easy to clean! I love their lids with the swizzle knob to vent or not vent! I love this pan specifically because it is a great size and the sides are higher than a regular fry pan!
Great until they're not.
We've been using Swiss diamond cookware for 3 or 4 years. In that time I've currently had to warranty two items. This one and a larger fry pan. And I'm in the process of warrantying a sauce pan. Although the warranty process is easy and fast after shipping the said item back at my cost (usually around $25 or so) I really hoped I wouldn't have needed it at all. At their cost I really wanted these to be our (forever) pans. Unfortunately that just isn't the case. Of the pans that we use on a almost daily basis we got a little more than 2 years before the non-stick coating started to separate. After spending over $2,000 on all our pans I am really disheartened with needing to start looking for a new set. Even with the added maintenance I think it's time for me to switch to cast iron.
Favorite pan in my home
This pan is my go to pan on most days, truly non stick and very hard to scratch, if not impossible. I like the vent feature on the lid, which allows me to control the amount of steam. Thanks, Swiss Diamond!
Great quality.
The quality is good. It won't wrap as cheap non-stick pans always do. I have a glass cooktop, which requires pans to sit flat otherwise heat won't get conducted well. In addition, the customer service of Swiss Diamond is great.
Love the pan: warranty is bogus
I love Swiss Diamond pans, but their warranty is worthless: I have tried to use it for two different instances of the non-stick surface failing and each time they tell me it is user error instead of standing behind their product. I like the pans, so I replaced them but they should just stop offering their life-time warranty since they clearly never intend to stand behind it. Disappointing.
Nothing better
I purchased a set of pots and pans five years ago after cooking with a mismatched set of cookware for years. I will never buy another brand of cookware. These go above and beyond anything I have ever used in the past. A tad heavy to the touch, but the non-stick is unbelievable and cooks everything to perfection.
Perfect Size and Love the Handle
I needed about a 4-quart pot and was considering the typical shape like a Ditch Oven. But I came across this one and decided to give it a try. I’m enjoying the size and ease of maneuvering it around the stove and kitchen. It joins six other Swiss Diamond pots and skillets in my cupboards. Love the ease of cleaning its non-stick surface. And the way it heats up the entire pot — bottom and up along the sides. It also goes right into the oven so makes using most recipes that require some time in the oven very doable.
A truly non-stick pot
Last night I made turkey tetrazzini in this pot. After transferring the gooey mass to a casserole for baking, the pot washed spotless under the faucet. My experience with this and other XD pots has led me to 3 conclusions:
